I ordered my engagement ring online from Grown Brilliance and my shipping date was July 14th. I ended up receiving it July 8th with no notification (no email, no phone call, nothing). My girlfriend who lives with me ended up signing for it and receiving it while I was at work (because I wasn’t expecting it to arrive and received no notification of it being ready or early delivery) and opened it just to see what it was and needless to say that ruined the surprise engagement. Terrible and borderline disrespectful company.

My everyday pair of studs has been a pair of 1 ctw (mined) in white gold, and I’ve been wanting a pair of everyday studs in yellow gold for a long time and finally got them. Oh my goodness, they do not disappoint!! I was expecting a dainty pair of studs, but these actually look bigger and a lot more brilliant than my other ones in a side by side comparison. I am so in love with these!! I wear them solo for daytime wear, but pair them with my 2 ctw graduated hoops, also purchased from Grown Brilliance for evening wear, chef’s kiss! The locking clasp gives me piece of mind knowing that they are nice and secured and won’t fall out. Delivery was great, they actually arrived sooner than expected.

I had a Truely Custom engagement ring made. It lasted less than 6 months and a prong opened and the diamond fell out. had it repaired and in 1 week the ring separated from the head holding the diamond. They claimed they remade the ring reinforced, 2 years later the head holding the diamond breaks off. I was lucky to find the diamond each time. I reached out to Grown Brilliance, Freeya who stated a craftsmanship problem. When designing my ring, i told her multiple times i want it strong, I trusted their design and professional knowledge in craftsmanship, I am an active person. This last time I was informed it was going to cost me $1650 to replace my ring. I already paid $2700. I did not do it. I went to Kay’s Jewelers who for a little more found me a mount from a reputable jewelry making company for my 1.5ct diamond that will last! Every 6 mos I can walk into the store to have my ring checked and diamond secured and repaired for life! Don’t waste your time and money with Grown Brilliance. Cheap quality, when calling customer service, sounds like I’m talking to someone in another country. If that is the quality of products you like, Grown Brilliance is for you. I learned the hard way, The physical feel of the jewelry and the face to face communication with your sales person is worth it when buying jewelry to represent a life commitment. Grown Brilliance is the Walmart for jewelry.
