Disappointed
I ordered the band to my engagement ring. It was half a size smaller. The band and ring did not align properly. Customer service assured me it was because of the different sizes,so they would resize the ring, and it would align properly. I asked if I should send them both in to make sure they'd fit, they said no. Well I just recieved the ring back and it still does not line up properly, is just the same as before. They did do a great job cleaning and polishing it but $140 for that and to still not have my rings line up properly, right before my wedding, is VERY disappointing.
