I got my necklace and it was designed the wrong way (diamond was not affixed to chain so it was sliding all over the place). I went back to the store and the manager (Joyce) confirmed that it was incorrect and so I now need to wait another 3 weeks to receive the correct version. She was not there when I received it but another woman who was in the store when I returned was there and she never got up from her seat to apologize for giving me the necklace the wrong way. Joyce was amazing but your other staff is mediocre at best.
