7 pins order 5 broken
I am writing to express my disappointment with the product I received from your company. I received the pins on or after the 20th of May. Seven pins where ordered. Five out of the 7 pins were damaged. The connecting feature was broken. In addition, several pearls were missing from the pins. This was my first experience purchasing products from your company and it will be my last. I was very disappointed. It took forever to get the merchandise, then to receive them damaged was unacceptable. What is your process in correcting this wrong? The product quality was below substandard. Horrible !! Your immediate response is appreciated.

I bought a Drone
I bought a Drone, it was completely different than advertised. 1. It doesn't have obstacle avoidance. 2. It's quarter the size claimed. 3. No GPS support therefore only an indoor toy for a child. I'm on a War pension I don't have a lot of money. I'm now stuck with something that I never ordered I demand a complete refund. It took over a month to get, takes 3 days for an Astronaut to reach the moon, unsure where this was coming from. I was under the assumption $Aus not $US.
