Harry was patient with me even though I had many questions about my order. Also, he was able to deliver the pins on time and the pins turned out even better than I expected! Thank you.
Thank you for the review, Sheryl! Always happy to answer questions :)
Harry and his team did a fantastic job! Our logos turned out just the way we had envisioned them looking, and that's all thanks to Gumtoo. Harry was willing to answer any question I had, and was extremely prompt on his replys. We're looking forward to rocking our company patches for everyone to see!
This review has us jumping with joy! Thanks, Giselle for your appreciation. So glad that you loved the patches.
Seller was responsive and delivery was smooth. Pleasant transaction overall.

I'm a very tiny business, and using Gumtoo for my first enamel pin design proved so fortuitous. I am so grateful for their guidance and advice every step of the way.
Happy to help, James :) Here's wishing your business great success in the days ahead!
Ordered some custom enamel pins for our fund raising event. Customer service was very kind and helpful in the process, patient too! They gave us feedback on our designs such as colour correction and other simplifications so that our enamel pins would turn out better. Mass production for 100 pins took around 3 weeks to complete and ship out. Price was also quite alright for the amount. Overall, we are very happy with the service and the quality of the pins. Will definitely choose to work with Gumtoo again in the future!
Thank you for the detailed review of our product and customer service, Christine! Glad that you are happy with the pins. Looking forward to working with you again!
Prompt and smooth process from start to end. Children absolutely loved the tattoo! Product is of very high quality, still visible and intact since National Day. Highly recommended for events and parties :)
Thank you for the recommendation! So happy to know that kids loved the tattoos :)
Ordered some mask for our school with logo printed. Gumtoo did an excellent job. The quality of the masks offered were of very high quality and the printing was very good. Coordinating with Harry was easy and straight forward. Products were delivered on time for our event. Bottom line is our teachers love it. Will highly recommend Gumtoo.
Thank you for the kind words, Raymond! We are delighted that your team loved the masks. Your review made our day!
Was able to deliver despite limited production lead time.
Thanks for the review!
Easy to use website, fast delivery, good quality!
Thanks, Rosh for the to-the-point review! Appreciate it :)
Love the design of the tattoo for NDP! I like the size of the tattoo, making it very visible in photos but will prefer it if there are a variety of sizes because the current size looks too big on the face.
Thanks for the feedback, Ang. We will definitely look into getting NDP tattoos in different sizes.
Very responsive! I had no trouble at all getting my orders done. The person I dealt with was super helpful and just such a pleasure to work with. I can ask all the questions I want and have them answered promptly. Very excited and really happy with the products, too. No missing pins, not scratches or defects. A pleasant experience, truthfully. :)
Thank you for the appreciation, Meia! We are glad that you are happy with the products!
Harry was very responsive to my enquires and tries to meet my request and process is very smooth throughout
Thank you!
I bought 100 enamel pins from them for a camp, i had to receive it before 16th June. The estimated reaching date of my package was around 19-21st. I asked them if it was possible if we could get it earlier and they said that they would try their best. In the end, i got it around 15-16th June and I was so heartened ! They are so amazing with their work, be it the development of the pin or their customer service. Would highly recommend people to buy pins for them.
Thank you, Jadyn for the amazing feedback! It was a joy working with you :)
Harry and the team at Gumtoo were very quick in responding to my queries, and even though it was my first time producing a small batch of patches, I didn’t feel lost during the production process. The end product met my expectations, and delivery was on schedule.
