Responsive and attentive! Good order experience
Thank you, Derrick! Glad the team could stay attentive throughout your order — that responsiveness is something we really try to nail. Appreciate you taking the time to share this! 🙌
It was great working with Harry and Pete. Harry is/was really helpful, easy to communicate with, and made sure everything arrived on time. They also keep adding new items to the website, which is great because it gives us more options for giveaways. The product quality has been really good, and everything we've received has looked great. Overall, we've had a really positive experience and would definitely recommend them.
Thank you, Niro! We're glad we could keep things running smoothly and easy to communicate with — especially on timing. And it's great that the growing catalog is opening up more options for your giveaways too. Really appreciate the recommendation! 🙌
Good value of money, we think the enamel pins are exquisite.
Thank you, MJ! "Exquisite" is exactly the word we'd hope for when it comes to enamel pins — that attention to detail is something the team really cares about. Glad it came through, and great value on top of that! 📌
The quality of the products were amazing! Considering how inexpensive the cost was, I was pleasantly surprised by how great the final products came out
Thank you, Athirah! We love hearing that — proving that great quality doesn't have to come with a great price tag is something we take a lot of pride in. So glad the final products exceeded expectations! 😊
Handled all changes well and communicated clearly.

We are very satisfied with the product, it looks great and has a good quality feel to it! We are very impressed by the effiency of your team considering we had such short delays.

Harry and the team at Gumtoo were amazing to work with and helped make our custom 3d keychain idea come to life! I was working on a tough timeline and trying to get something entirely new to me produced. That (plus the fact that I work at a not-for-profit with rigid payment rules and processes) meant that our options were limited. But Gumtoo gave us options, and I especially appreciate Harry's honesty and responsiveness at every step of the way! He let us know when something would not be feasible and always had the production and delivery timeline in mind. The keychains are here now, and they are perfect. They will be giveaway item for the local kids we serve, and I know everyone will love them :). Thank you so much, Gumtoo.
Thank you so much for the detailed feedback! 🌟 We’re our team could bring your custom 3D keychain idea to life while meeting your timeline and requirements. Knowing the keychains will be enjoyed by the kids makes it even more special—we’re grateful to have been part of this project! :)

The vendor was fast, responsive, and very helpful throughout the process. They handled multiple design and spec changes smoothly and had the tools we needed to ensure the enamel pins paper backing print were FSC-certified and sustainable. Great to work with!

Ordered few hundred fieldchairs from Gumtoo, they delivered on time and items were of good quality. Overall great and easy experience.

Ordered a 21,000 tattoos pieces from Gumtoo and it came in earlier than expected. We were on a tight timeline, but we were relieved that they were able to produce all the tattoos in time for our event. Really thankful for that. It will be a more wonderful experience if some details were more communicated properly. One example: the design came in smaller than we expected as the dimensions we mentioned were on the design of the tattoos and not the tattoo sheet.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We're really happy to hear they arrived ahead of schedule and in time for your event—that means a lot to us. We're taking this onboard to improve clarity and ensure an even smoother experience next time. Hoping to work with you soon!

The quality of the pins were great. The turnaround time for the design reworks can be better. I chose a personal pickup at the office.
