Dear Gumtoo,
The reason I went ahead with my order with your company is because of your good customer service. I was facing really bad customer service from another company and decided to look for other options. That was when I found you. Even though the cost was beyond my budget, I decided to go ahead with you as you were really patient with me and was able to fulfill my requests. I really do appreciate the good service you provided to me.
I was really happy when I received my order from Gumtoo. My batch of embroidered baseball caps for children arrived in good condition and in time for me to pack into the children's day goodie bags. I was very satisfied with the quality of the caps and the embroidery. They look really good on the children and their parents are also like them.
I would definitely highly recommend Gumtoo. Well done!
Amazing tattoos that stay on!
Bought from them a few times now, very nice quality and only comes off when you want it to. Delivery was always super quick as well.
my second year buying these unique tattoos for my children at school! They are special especially the watches ! I love them myself! Tattoos being bigger do last longer. Have given some to friends and they loved them! See you next year!
The experience I had with Gumtoo was great as they were quick to respond and offered suggestions/ideas for my decision-making. They added a little special thought to my item which i felt was a very nice gesture of the team. The children love their tattoo watch so much. Thank you!
Gumtoo is the ONLY place that you should be getting your tattoos :) their quality is the best out there and their designs are fantastic! Hary, was fantastic in communicating and getting the tattoos to me.
I ordered the stickers on 30 July 2020 so that we can receive them in time for my daughters school National Day celebrations on 7 Aug. I was rather worried when the stickers have not arrived on 6 August and called Gumtoo that morning. The gentlemen who answered was polite and extremely helpful. He assured me that the stickers will reach me on the day itself as he'll arrange for a courier service. When asked how do I then return the stickers that were arriving in post separately, he assured me that I can keep them as part of service recovery. I'm thankful for the great service recovery offered by the company such that my daughters could wear the stickers proudly to school during the celebrations.
Team was prompt in updating us on availability as well as dispatch details. Items were received nicely packed and well received by our peers as the designs are really gorgeous and unique!
Pranjal and Hary have been helpful and very prompt in attending to our needs. :) We are happy with the product and glad that they took time to explain to us the different cuts and output! As we needed the item very urgently, they have even worked out the product and delivered it to our timeline.
Thank you again Pranjal and Hary!
We engaged the services of Gumtoo to make customised stickers for our school's event. The customer relationship manager was very patient and helpful, thus making the whole communication and production process very smooth.
