I ordered two Auto Soap Dispensers in Creamy White. I received two SILVER soap dispensers. They can't fill the order and are charging me for return shipping. Avoid this company. Ripoff.

Try to bribe you with vouchers to give their dangerous products a good review!
Purchased their kettle from Amazon and after about 4 week the hot steam started coming through the handle and on off button and burnt my hand. I had to use a oven glove to pick up the kettle! Amazon where brilliant on refunding me. However today a member of HadinEEon Customer service team emailed me with an apology which all seemed genuine at first and even offered me a £50 Amazon voucher then quickly responded with if I change my negative review from 2 stars to 5 stars they would then give me a £50 voucher. False apology and a bribe to change my review of their dangerous kettle which could cause somebody serious burns. Reported them to Amazon. these people don't care about their customers! DO NOT BUY A KETTLE FROM THEM!
I like this item everybody have been complaining about my old tea kettle and my sister said get something that has an automatic shut off which is wonderful and it literally boils in five minutes that’s what I like by the time I get my tea together the mug and put everything in that I want to have with my tea it’s ready and it cuts off automatically it’s a godsend

I have to travel everywhere with it because I cannot find any other frother that delivers the lift or creaminess that this HadinEEon product delivers. I have purchased several products which include a milk frother, kettle, and soap dispenser. All of which works very well and look forward to eventually replacing some other products as I need them. I would highly recommend Hadineeon products as they are quality products
I wanted something that heat water at my bedside. It does that and more. I like that the handle stays cool to the touch. I like the auto turn-off. I like the way water comes out of the spout.
I have had this new tea kettle for only a few days, but I like the ease of the on/off on the handle and the top for adding more water. I am sure I will enjoy using this for many years to come.
Milk frother did not work and am having trouble returning it
I purchased a milk frother. I received no information from the company to tell me when the order was shipping. After a week, I contacted customer service for an update and was told the product had shipped. I received it about 10 days after I ordered it, and when I tried it, I was pleased with how well it heated the milk, but there is a problem with the design because the wire frother that goes inside the pitcher is not magnetized, so when you pour the milk out, the wire piece either falls into your coffee cup or falls out into the sink. After three days of using the frother, I realized I was going to be frustrated every time I used the frother and I decided to return it. In order to return an item purchased from their website, you have to contact customer service to ask for a return authorization. I did that and got an email back asking me to send them a video showing the issue. I did that and again asked them to send me the return authorization and return instructions. They wrote back to me a second time to say they could not see the video and asked me to send them a photo of the problem. I converted the video to a different format and resent it, again asking for the return authorization, and I am still waiting to hear back from them. I just want to return the frother because it does not work correctly. The company should not make the customer jump through hoops to do that. They should put the return instructions on their website and make it easy to make a return. Based on this experience, I would not recommend the product or the company.
