A must have....Exquisite

I'm simply in love with this exquisite little gadget! (Milk frother) My DIL came by the house with it on Christmas day for me to try. I didn't expect what I experienced... I cannot go back to coffee without it EVER. I've told ALL of my friends and if they don't go out and purchase it before their next birthday, it will be gifted by me.

Stick to what you know :(

As our trusted lovely kettle was on its way out, I chose a lovely one from HadinEEon. Even though it was a brand I’d never heard of I decided to give it a go as the look was perfect for us and it has ok reviews. Tonight I set it up and boiled for the first time, only for it to smash :( Not only over the kitchen but but over Dinner too. We have just contacted them and need to send back & they receive it before they will issued a refund. Due to this we are now kettleless! It should be an instant credit to get a replacement/not a potential 2 week wait for a kettle. My Advice, stick to what you know. Gutted!

I received the HadinEEon Automatic Electric Milk Frother as a Christmas gift. What a wonderful product. It can be used for either hot or cold frothed milk (dairy or non dairy) as well as to make hot chocolate. The froth is amazing and holds up well when added to the coffee. The quality of the froth using dairy or nondairy is remarkable. I’m hooked!

I have called this company six times…

I have called this company six times now and they keep promising me that someone will call me back. I bought the frother after reading all the fantastic reviews on Amazon and also because of the 3 year warranty. My frother almost lasted a year. I started calling the company two months ago and I'm still waiting for a call back. As far as customer service goes that is completely unacceptable. This will not be my last review regarding this company because I feel I need to warn people that they do not stand behind what they promise. I will keep waiting for a call back and I will make sure to update my frustrating experience with this company.

Avoid this company

I love my HadinEEon Milk Frother. I can make it hot or cold and every time it is perfect.

This is a fabulous product

This is a fabulous product - worked very simply and as expected and as advertised. When clean, the liquid level markings on wall are clear. For 2nd and subsequent use (if not cleaned) markings are difficult to see, so one can overfill. Because it is such a great frother, it overfills. Manufacturer might want to duplicate same level marks on OUTSIDE of container so one has an idea of levels. User: Just be aware that you can easily overfill. Would buy again, and would give as a present to others.
