fraud website.. dont book. will demand more money after your payment. they won't refund the previous amount even they will ask that if you dont pay then they will cancel your ticket.

Never ever book flights from this website.
They are big fraudster.
They have not refund our money even after several mail communication .
Government of India should take some legal actions against this .

Haven't seen an unprofessional Travel Agency like HappyEasyGo. Customer Care representatives are confused about their company's T&C and don't handle the customers professionally.
Govt. needs to intervene here and blacklist the company as they don't provide refund to the customers.
Better to book from Airlines directly rather from travel agents!!

I booked flight ticket from Bombay to Bangalore, I got the ticket immediately. The ticket was of Air Asia and as per the ticket it was scheduled from terminus T2, but when I reached terminus T2 I came to know from security that all Air Asia flights always departs from terminus T1... ( Which was around 6 km away from terminus T2). I end up paying 450/- for taxi. By my luck I reacted before time otherwise I could have missed my flight.... I will never use this website again.
It was really bad experience with website. they book hotel once you book with them with other websites like goibibo, MakeMyTrip etc.
in my case hotel was refusing booking from Happyeasygo and got to know it was booked thru goibibo & confirmation number shared on voucher was incorrect. don't book to save 200---500 rs.

These people will take the money and if after booking u want to cancel
They will tell this charge ,that penalty, and remaining amount will be credited to your account within 7 to8 working days etc
Same happened with me .
Almost 1 month over not received any amount.
Am happy with a staff named priyanka who not only sorted my refund issues even she really been very polite and humble throughout the process smoothly. She really needs promotion.
I have faced issues with amount deduction and no confirmation but they have refunded money asap.Customer service rep are quite helpful and I guess they give u the best price so please help them grow well don't post wrong review without approaching them.

I pity the Portal . My dissatisfaction is noway different from the numeous reviews found on the sight. We bought two tickets for Delhi to Visakha and back. When I sought to reschedule, I was asked to apy a penalty of Rs 23,166/-, where as the seeling price for fresh tickets is around 17,000/- I sought for refund after cancelling the tickets for which they say we cd get only Rs 5,206/ out of an amont of Rs 18,206/ that we paid for initial booking. That is supposed to be their Rules! Only good point is the prompt replies they sent after calling their Customer Care!
We only hope the Portal Management sl take care of these adverse notes and improve.

Guys finally they refund my money in two instalments! I got the refund of 3596 rupees as first 596 then two days later 3000 rupees; after calling them multiple times; messaging them then after exact one month later they refund it! I am still giving them poor ratings as the customer service is very rude and many times misleading! Sometimes they told me I will only 1 rupees as refund , otger times told me only 595 which is already refunded to my account and never send any confirmation email on the process! Over all it was a time and energy consuming experience! So, take care guys.
I had booked a Ticket for Delhi to Guwahati on 15th of February 2019, I had paid for 2 passengers, but it almost 3 hours past I didn't get any call or email regarding my Ticket confirmation nor I get my E-Ticket No. I tried to call their customer care it's was busy I tried almost around 3 hourd continue because my travel was for very next day and still I didn't had any confirmation about my E-Tickets, I checked review of it's therefore I already used Happy Easy Go 2 times earlier and I got my E-Tickets within 1 hour but this time it was almost 4 hours past, finally I called once again at around 12:30 AM and it was picked up after waiting for around 30 Min, I asked them to my E-Tickets and then they told me that it not booked due to price hiked I was shocked to know it, They even didn't call me to inform me for my next day flight which is still not confirmed, I booked it from Paytm and the price is almost 3000Rs per person increases which I was checking before booked from Happy Easy Go. they told me to give fully refund but I was too much scared because I had read almost 90% review where same situation are mentioned and it's also written that they didn't do any refund, but finally I got my full amount refunded.
I felt very relaxed to get my Money back.
Now I am very confused to use Happy Easy Go or not because sometimes they provide good service but sometimes it's horrible.
