I just booked the ticket through this website. I was successful. After reading the review comments, i was afraid so called the respective airline to just confirm. And it was confirmed through airline also. So in my case it is not fake.

I don't know why people are giving such bad review's to this company today i booked a flight from Bangalore to Varanasi and within 1 hrs i got confirmation as well as PNR No from both Happy Easy Go as well as from SpiceJet in my mail and Text Msg if any one wants any proof regarding this they can mail me i will give you proof that this site is genuine i request and be calm wait for confirmation don't get panic and give such bad review for this company Just book the ticket and wait for confirmation it will take time but your ticket will be confirmed positively i will give 5 star to this company

I will share my personal experience

I will share my personal experience. I went to skyscanner to book an international flight. Found the best prices on happyeasygo. Booked my ticket from there on 19th Nov. 2018 at 8 PM. My payment went through smoothly but I was shocked that no email or SMS came with the booking confirmation. This never happened with me in last 10 years. I always get the ticket in fraction of a second when I book it through Goibibo, Cleartrip, Makemytrip or Yatra. But I did not get any ticket for the next 10 minutes. I went on google & checked the negative reviews. I was shocked & scared at the same time. I called the customer service. The guy on the other side, told me that my ticket will be sent in 10 minutes. I was surprised that what kind of website is this that they don't send tickets immediately. I had no other option but to wait. I finally got the confirmed tickets in 15 more minutes. So I am giving them 3 stars. This is 2018 & we should get the tickets instantly, the moment we book them. That's how it happens with every other website. In fact gobibo is such an amazing platform that they have integrated whatsapp also with the bookings. You get all the details on whatsapp also immediately. That's how travel industry works now a days. Happyeasygo looks like living in the past. If they really need to catch up, they should upgrade their systems. I personally would not like to book any tickets in future if I don't see so many positive reviews about them. I am happy with gobibo, makemytrip, cleartrip & yatra. I hope the CEO reads my feedback & takes corrective actions.

Awesome experience

I've booked for a flight from Chennai to Coimbatore! When I read the reviews I lost hope...But however they are true nowadays! The only problem is thell not refund you when the flight is cancelled!

Best Price - Go for it !!

We've traveled twice with the help of HAPPYEASYGO in Sep and Oct 2018 and both the experiences have been fabulous !!! Prices have been the best. eTickets emailed with Airline PNRs as soon as payment went through. PNR Statuses showed Confirmed in Airlines the next minute. GO FOR IT !!!

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service My wife traveling within India during her India trip. First time, using this website for booking domestic flight. And very first time, I booked the flight with wrong name. As I realized the name was wrong immediately, I called up India customer care number, and spoke with Vishnu. He was so nice, spoke to him about 10 minutes, and he made the name change quickly. He did mention that I realized the mistake and called immediately which is important because ticket was not issued when I called. Once ticket would have been issued by airlines, then it is still possible to change the name, but there would be additional charges. So it is really important to call immediately upon realizing the mistake. Thanks to Vishnu who was very professional and courteous to make the changes. It was pleasure talking to him. Please do not judge representative's slang, if you are able to understand, then it is good. Way to go HappyEasyGo!! Keep up the good work!!
