Our wash & fold service is priced at a flat rate per 13-gallon bag rather than by weight. This information is provided during sign-up, throughout the booking process, and in our FAQs so customers know how they will be billed. After reviewing your account and the pickup photos, we found that two full bags of laundry were collected. That amount equated to approximately four loads of laundry, which is why your total reflected the flat-rate pricing for two bags rather than the weight of the items. We understand that our flat-rate model may not be the best fit for everyone's laundry needs, particularly if you are comparing it to services that charge by the pound. Our pricing is designed to provide predictable costs for customers with full bags of laundry, regardless of weight- and is regularly reviewed to ensure we are staying competitive with pricing. We truly appreciate your feedback regarding the bag sizing. We are always looking for ways to make our pricing and service expectations even clearer for first-time customers, and we'll certainly take your suggestion into consideration.
