Scammers! I ordered a hat from them but the ine I received was shipped in a box too small and looked nothing like the advertised hat. When I complained they only offered to refund $20 of the $50 I spent. Avoid dealing with these scammers!
Hat Fashion, BellyHat, Tienda Hat etc...all the same company. Makes all sorts of promises on their website but when you have a problem with the product such as wrong size and product delivered, they come up with a lot of excuses and issues.
Ordering experience was perfect. Choice seems great. Not sure how else you could improve what I experienced.

I had a very good experience when ordering online. It was a fairly simple process and not difficult at all. One issue that I see that may not be able to be corrected concerns the sizing. The reason that I didn’t have too much of a problem with this is because I know what size hat that I wear. For somebody who does not know that this could be a guessing game. I’m not really sure how that can be improved upon though

I read the reviews after making my order with hatsfashion.com. I ordered 3 fedora hats. It took about 6 weeks but the hats I ordered did arrive. The problem was they didn't fit, XL was too small. I used their sizing guide too. One of the hats I really liked so I ordered that hat again in the next larger size XXL. When that hat came, it was the same size as the XL. When I contact customer support they offered me a $10 credit or stated I can return it but I would be responsible for the shipping even though their website says "Free Returns".
