Do not stand behind their products. Ordered two hats of the same size; one was smaller than the other and did not fit. Refused to correct their error. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. RECOMMENDATION - do NOT buy from them. Period.

The hat arrived earlier than I expected! Looks great and well made A slightly tighter fit than measured, however it’s hand made so perhaps I should expect that. Now I need to pack it for my holiday and I’m not confident that it will be ‘foldable’ as described- we’ll see!

Worst customer service in my life. As others have stated, they want the returns shipped to China when the shipping address is from California. Two of the hats ran smaller than stated. I am still trying to negotiate more than $10 refund. The quality of the hats are very good for the price but no one should ever order from this site because of their unethical business practices.

The service after sale iris very important
The hat took a month to arrive. It is not the size requested. I contacted them, asking for a refund. They offered a $10 partial refund (total cost was ~$51) or I can return the hat at my expense. Neither of these is acceptable so I have requested a refund from Barclaycard.
Shipping took several weeks. Hat ran small compared to their sizing guide. Wanted me to pay more than value of the hat in shipping for an exchange. They told me that my best option was to take a $10 refund. I recommend you do buisness elsewhere. The cheap prices are not worth the hassle.

I have been admiring the handmade hats and decided today was the day. The only problem was choosing. I intended to only buy one, but there were two hats I had to have. Anxiously awaiting to receive them.
Very nice hat. I would have appreciated a slightly larger box or a better way of shipping only because the sides ended up rolling up from a smaller box than the diameter of the brim
