I need to return it is too small and material has a bad odor

I ordered a pink t-shirt

I ordered a pink t-shirt. When it arrived, it was more of an orange colour and didn't look at all like it did on the model. I emailed Support to ask for a return address. They would not allow me to return the item and would only give me $20 refund. I was charged over $90 for the item (for a $50 t-shirt). Very disappointing. I feel like this is a SCAM.

I needed to return items that don't fit…

I needed to return items that don't fit and they offered to refund $23 USD and told me to keep the items. First, why would I keep the items since they don't fit. Second, I spent $150 USD for these items so why would I want to receive only ~ 6% of what I spent. This is robbery as the items don't fit so why would I keep them and they won't start a return for me even though I'm in the 14 day return window. This company is horrible. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I received my nice cream

I received my nice cream, with several weeks of long delays at Customs. The packaging box was slight crushed and my cream tube leaks easily at the side of the lid. That is annoying. So far the effect on my thighs is great. It seems to firm and improve the look of the skin with a generous daily use.

Do not buy anything from this company

Do not buy anything from this company, they claim to be a family run company, but they operate from china and won’t take returns, and if they do it will cost you 60 US dollars, the product I ordered is not what is advertised and I paid close to 200 for it and they will not refund me for it, very disappointing for sure.

It was delivered on time nicely packed and it’s a beautiful skirt that will keep you cool and comfortable.

I bought a backless bra

I bought a backless bra. What a big disappointment it was. Very flimsy, not at all something I will ever wear. To top that off they offered me a $7 refund in replacement of having to pay to return to China and pay shipping. Would not recommend.

I ordered my hat months ago and still haven’t seen it. i get updates all the time that it’s on the way, but no hat.

It took forever to receive my hat

It took forever to receive my hat. I got it yesterday and it was scrunched into this little tiny bag. So the rim is all bent up and there’s wrinkles everywhere I can correct the wrinkles. I can steam it that I hope that the rim straightens out.

Fairly quick shipping. It has taken me about three times of using the gel before there was any notable color.

Package arrive on time with quantity in smll packaging so it would protect what I did not need

Worth the wait!

Finally got my visors and am very pleased with the product. The shipping process took quite a bit of patience and time. I will give them credit for sending updates on where the package was at during transit from Ireland to the USA. I would have given them 5 stars if it hadn’t taken so long to arrive.

Speed of delivery was slower than…

Speed of delivery was slower than desired, but product was delivered and in good shape. The clear gel self tanning product is a lighter color in my skin than anticipated, however, the product applies easily, it’s not messy, and dries down quickly.
