DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I placed by order May 15, it’s now 2 months later I still have nothing!!! I am out $102. They will not refund me or reship. They claim part of the order was delivered- it was not. The rest of it show no update in tracking since June 3.

Cute and practical hats.

My hats arrived yesterday. I like the design and materials, the only downside was the wrinkles, but immediately poured water on the hats in my sink and the wrinkles disappeared ☺️. I ordered the tan and black for my trip to Europe and will share them with my daughter.

Absolutely terrible company

Absolutely terrible company. I placed my order on May 23 and paid extra for expedited shipping, yet I still haven’t received it. After sending multiple emails, I finally gave up and requested a refund. They agreed to refund me, but never actually did it. Now they’re completely ignoring my emails. I opened a Paypal claim and they asked me to close it so they could refund me. Once I closed the claim they stopped responding. This is unacceptable. Taking customers’ money, failing to deliver the product, promising a refund, and then refusing to respond is dishonest and unprofessional. I have wasted both my time and my money dealing with this company. I would strongly recommend avoiding this business. Based on my experience, they do not stand behind their promises and provide some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

First of all, it took forever to get my hat. It finally arrived yesterday and is in a very rumpled condition. I would suggest finding a better way to ship this product so that it is wearable. The good thing was that I was always being notified of the whereabouts of my order.

Don’t place orders online with…

Don’t place orders online with Heapbulb! Instagram shows a completely different product. I emailed day after placing my online order to cancel. Order was not yet processed for shipping and they shipped anyway 2 days later even though I sent 2 emails requesting cancellation. Now customer service email confirms they will refund $8 US for $39 hats x 2 I purchased. Then they offered $12US. Scam business and horrible customer service!!! Do NOT buy online from this business!!!

Fabric is a bit too light

Fabric is a bit too light. It would be nicer if it has a little texture. When I lift my arms, the sleeve opening is so wide that people can see right through to my bra. That said, it is a very comfortable and perfect for lounging around or sleep.

I received the hat after about 3 weeks. It fits on the small side. I am 5’10” and have a fairly large head. The hat fits but it’s tight.

The communication is lacking there seems to be a bait and switch at the end of the purchase where this extra $20 charge appears that was refunded to me after I complained by email that I received no tracking information I finally did get this product though sad to say I actually love it doesnt that figure but with the drama of ordering it I'll just stick to jergins in the local store

Never received my order and no refund!

I ordered the Aurora Borealis Night Light Projector as a gift for my sister on April 15, 2026. I checked tracking weekly, and saw delivery on May 26th however it was not in my postal box. 2 days later, tracking showed that the parcel was refused and sent back. I did not refuse and worked with their support dept to either get a new product or a refund. Many emails back and forth, they continued to claim I refused the parcel and won't issue a refund. So, I am out $49 and no gift. Do NOT buy from this company.

The hat was in a plastic envelope

The hat was in a plastic envelope. It was completely wrinkled. The look is lovely but requires a steamer or iron to get it into shape. I can’t see this packing well without wrinkles in the side and top of the hat as well as the brim.

It’s a trash hat

It’s a trash hat. Like everything else it’s not American made and the quality is off. The hat is smaller than most. The flag on the cap crimps the hat, masses produced garbage. Buyer beware.
