评价综述
AI 生成Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Consumers generally appreciate receiving regular tracking updates during transit and find that shipments arrive safely and properly. Many people also enjoy the great comfort, attractive design, and overall look of the products they purchased online. However, some customers also noted significant delays with shipping, leaving items heavily rumpled or taking months to arrive. Others experienced severe frustration when trying to resolve problems through customer support or attempting to secure proper refunds. A few buyers additionally mentioned that garments arrived in styles or colors that did not match the product descriptions.

The product arrive in broken packing and the item should have been rollled not folded. I am at a loss as to how to recover it to a useable form. Please advise.
It would help if the vendor was honest
It would help if the vendor was honest. Would not allow a return. I simply wanted to change sizes. They said it was not cost effective. They would not return my payment. I paid over $100 and they would only credit me with $20. They are CROOKS!!

I appreciated the continuous and regular emails for the order status and delivery status since my order was coming from Germany to California . Probably the best communication I’ve had from internationally ordering online in a long time.
Quick service
Immediate follow up details in an e mail was very reassuring Would have preferred to have known that it was in USD which was not clear to me Washing instructions to shape the hat before wearing would be helpful
Fast delivery service
FRAUD
I ordered one hat but two showed up on my bill I immediately contacted support to cancel my order it took 2 days for a response saying it already shipped so their cancellation policy is a fraud. When it comes I can ask for refund but shipping to Solvinia is probably expensive. I guess im scamed
If I could give less than 1 star
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Horrible customer service and almost impossible to resolve any issue with company. Ensure you have a good credit card who will dispute and remove charges for you, because heapbulb will surely not! The support link they provide is a fake link and goes nowhere. My credit card company (Chase) fought the battle for me.
Great initial impression
Products ordered arrived yesterday and we were quite happy with appearance, fit and feel!
The whole shipping experience was successful
The whole shipping timeline was slower than I'd expected; but my package progress was accurately related & arrived in good working order. Thank you!
Very Cheaply made
Although they are cute, they are made very cheap. The threads are still hanging on the inside of the tops at the ends of the flag and not even cut off. Additionally, shipping took over 2 1/2 weeks to get which thank goodness I ordered the beginning of June so at least I will have in time for the 4th of July.

I would give Heapbulb zero stars
I would give Heapbulb zero stars. Total scam. Ordered a product from them and it never arrived. They claimed it was delivered to a “front desk” even though they had my correct home address. Horrible customer service. Do not order from this scam company!!!!!!
The order takes a while to arrive, so if you n your d it in a hurry, it might not arrive on time.
I love the shirts, although they are a little pricey. They are very flattering!
