I ordered 2 pairs of scorts for aroundv$100. I used Paypal to pay and they grossly overcharged me initially blaming it on a setting mix up. I suspect they actually do this all the time and hope people don't catch the extra $30 on their statement. The skorts arrived several weeks after the stated timeframe. Regretfully, they also did not fit. Here's the worst part. This website does not offer returns. If it doesn't fit, too bad, you're out $100 even if you offer to pay to return. I went back to read their return policy, but Norton cautioned it was a scam website. I reported all this to Paypal as it's at best an unfriendly policy at worst a total scam. I suspect these are overseas vendors producing clothing very cheaply who count on people not reading the fine print. Caveat emptor! Let the buyer beware. Paypal will NOT have your back on this.

I wish I had looked into this company before ordering. Ordered a poncho type sweater and still have not received. Tracking showed it being in Regina Sask Canada for 40plus days, which is 260kms south of my address, returned to sender, reshipped to Richmond BC, possibly still there. I dont know. Won't refund me until I return the item, which I dont have. Other option is to refund me minus the shipping and lost item cost! On an item I havent received!! Beware of this company.

Product was okay but can get similar or better on Amazon for half the price and you don’t have to wait so long for it to be delivered.

Absolutely horrible product and customer service

Absolutely horrible product and customer service. I spent $130 on 2 dresses that took more than 30 days to receive and when I got them I was even more disappointed. The dresses are made of the same quality as cheap Halloween costumes. The material is thin cheap and see through. Not even close to what was advertised. Heapbulb has a return policy on their website but refused to accept a return continuing to state that they sent the correct items so the return policy does not apply??? I've gone back and forth with them for 10 days only for them to offer a refund without returning the product first at $13, then $18 then $22 then $27 then $32 then $36 and final offer $39 so they keep 70% of my money after sending me trash that isn't even worth passing off to the thrift store. Clearly lesson learned on my part so never again but buyer be warned.

DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY If I could give less than 1 star i would. Ordered 2 dresses over six weeks ago. Kept tracking package and then it said it was delivered and it was never delivered. $180's worth of dresses never delivered. I just keep getting the run around.So i'm out a $180, and no dresses as well.

Offered $20 for a $138 order when asking for a return

After spending $138 on 2 dresses that were nothing like they were advertised, I was offered a total of $20 for a refund and refused the ability to return the items. Their website says returns are allowed if unused and within 14 days of arrival. I met both of those requirements but was told by email that unless the WRONG item was shipped, they don't process returns. This violates several consumer protection laws.

I love the product, it just took a very long time to receive it since it came from Italy. I didn’t realize that when I ordered it.

The product is very nice....large bill, very lightweight etc which is what I wanted. Some advice on the shipping.....it would be great if you gave an estimate of shipping time when an order is placed. My order took just under a month which is not an issue to me, but it would be beneficial to know the approximate timeframe so a customer doesn't create overly unreasonable expectations for delivery. Thanks!
