Ordered the Multifunction Pedal Resistance Band from curetoaway.com and was notified it was delivered but nothing showed up. I didn't know they were coming from China, they don't say that anywhere until after you place the order. It took a while to get here so I was just checking my email every few days. Then I got an email 3 weeks later saying the item was delivered but it was not. I informed customer service at curetoaway.com as well as the shipper and they both said tracking shows delivered. They gave me over three different tracking numbers to check with 3 different shipping companies which didn't make sense and did not show up on any of their shipping record. I asked for a refund or a replacement but they just keep telling me tracking shows delivered and kept sending me different tracking numbers. They were not very helpful and would advise to use caution when ordering from this company/website.

The item is NOT at all what they promoted on Facebook. The company refuses to honor the return policy so now I have to dispute this with my credit card company, close my account, and get a new card. Quick delivery and a fair price on the glasses. I only need reading glasses but hate carrying (and losing) them. Dollar store glasses scratch easily and break. I found your product as good as was promised. Clear for reading and clear for distance without removing them.

Glasses are made of wonderful quality but too long for my face & ears and the glass strength seemed stronger than my average glasses. They did not work for me and I gave to a coworker at work and she loves them

I do not appreciate items being sold in Australia using US dollars and making these glasses a very expensive pair. It is an very average pair and the cost to me is very disappointing as well. I put it on par with scamming and I will be more careful to order anything again.
Shipping issues and tips on use needed
When I ordered the tool I didnt know it was coming from Denmark. Due to shipping and having to clear customs it took a significant amount of time to arrive. Once I received the tool, there were no instructions or tips on how to use it. The tool did remove a significant amount of undercoat from my dog but it doesn’t glide thru the fur and matts like advertised.
