Poor customer service
Your company claims that the product was delivered however I have not received it. And now the company has given me assignments to try to find the product. Despite all my attempts and following company directions, I still do not have the products. Very dissatisfied that your company is not made things right. I am now going to dispute the charges on my credit card. Despite long, wait times and tracking, I am still in limbo. This product was never delivered to my address yet I was charged for it. Very dissatisfied Customer.
