I used Hellcase for years, mostly collecting free daily rewards and withdrawing skins. I only spent a small amount of money on the site, but overall, I was in profit from daily rewards. The whole situation honestly felt like a scam to me, as if my account was only banned after I had made a profit.
Support first refused to explain the exact reason and only repeated generic messages about violating the Terms of Service. Later, they claimed I had multiple accounts, even though I never had multiple Hellcase accounts or even multiple Steam accounts. They never provided any proof or meaningful clarification.
The support felt scripted, dismissive, and unprofessional. I was given no fair appeal process, no clear evidence, and no way to recover my account.
Overall, this feels like a false ban, possibly targeting users who profit instead of losing money.

Absolute trash. Don’t go there if you want to have fun. They will take all you have and give you a daily free of 0.13 cent.

This site may have worse odds than actually opening cases in CS2, which is honestly impressively terrible. In the off chance that every $1000-$2000 you hit something, you will be told they don’t have it in stock when you attempt to retrieve it. You will then be forced to pick from other items, which they have inflated the value of. If I could offer one piece of advice to anyone, it would be download CSFloat, take the money you would just have given a scam site like this and buy the stuff you want.

This is a good site. I withdraw skins if they not available you get value for different skin of your choice. My problem comes when you have skins in your inventory but get sold if you not withdraw and you get credited. Might be due to market changed I'm not sure. Other than that. Im happy
