Firstly you get scammed your free case forcing you to give away your email adress for free (and reselling of informations, obviously no one gives the main one). And further this is a gambling site, dont forget.
I put this 2 star, but when I wanted to get back a skin to my account, it did not work, what a surprise, dont use this site, it is literal scam.

I invested till now like 1000$ in cases on hellcase but it’s totally not worth it and idk if it’s 100% legit , instead of opening cases for 10-30$ and getting 0.27$ skins it’s better to open cs cases in game , it’s costs less but the chances to get something for 2-3$ per case is higher than hellcase, on hellcase maybe it’s worth’s the knives cases but they are 150$+ and u usually get a 60-70 knife, I know it’s a gambling site but u can lose too much and risk for nothing

I won a case battle and ended up with around $700. I then successfully upgraded it and decided to stop at around $2.3k.
I repeatedly tried to withdraw the skin, but it kept showing as unavailable. I tried again over roughly eight hours without being able to withdraw it.
Eventually, frustrated with waiting, I chose to try another upgrade for a better skin and lost it. That part was my decision, but the inability to withdraw the skin for hours was extremely disappointing.
Personally, I’d rather use a site with a P2P marketplace where the listed skins are actually available to buy/withdraw.

withdrew an item from Hellcase to my Steam inventory — an AWP | Chrome Cannon with a genuinely good float. Days later, the trade tied to this withdrawal was reversed and the item was pulled back out of my inventory, with zero warning and zero explanation.
For a site of Hellcase's size, this is unacceptable. I've reached out through a support ticket asking for a clear justification of why this happened and for compensation for the inconvenience, but so far I have no real answer. If you can lose an item you already withdrew — with no notice — that's a serious trust issue for anyone using this platform.
I'll update this review if Hellcase actually resolves it, but as of now I can't recommend using this site for withdrawals.

Just a a bunch of small transactional scams like scuffing up the value of items and when you sel it you get less in the balance than said amount and after you transfer it to steam it is whort eaven less than the hellcase valuation
