I'd been using Tuxera FOREVER
I'd been using Tuxera FOREVER. However, I found that many of my external hard drives that had once been READ/WRITE had arbitrarily reverted to READ-ONLY. Tuxera doesn't have a convenient way to change from READ-only to READ/WRITE. This has been a MAJOR issue for my drives. iBoy easily corrects this issue, allowing me to avoid reformatting drives that had previously been just fine.

All M-series Macs (M1-M5) use the same ARM architecture, so there is no difference in this regard. The problem you're having is most likely an NTFS driver configuration issue, our support has contacted you with details, waiting for your reply.

I do not recommend
Not satisfied with the program at all. It didn't suit me right away. When I contacted the support service for a refund, they refused, justifying it by saying that there was no reason to refund the money. They suggested I change the system settings, disable security on Mac OS. After the above actions with the settings in the operating system, disk access failures began, and in the end it led to a complete reinstallation of Mac OS on the computer. Waste of money, I don't use the program.

This didn’t end up working for me, it did recognize my unmountable hard drive but it did find some of my files. They gave me a full refund and that’s amazing since most companies wouldn’t if their product didn’t do what you needed.

My brand new external hard drive…
My brand new external hard drive wouldn't mount to my Macbook and iBoysoft found all of the data and made it easy to recover. I don't know why this isn't built into the Apple Software already!
