this was an anniversary gift for my wife and they misspelled her name but other then that it was cute oh also the picture it not attached to the mirror you have to figure out how to attach it yourself without messing up the picture also they are not replacing my order so the name was supposed to be Tasha and it's Thasha

Cheap chinese rubbish with a high price tag. They do not return products if though it says they will in there refund terms and conditions. Dont Use!

I ordered the school frame jk-grade 12.
The order was wrong. Names received were not what was ordered, and in the example they write “Taylor” and the final product they include the name TAYLOR in it!
No where on the product page itself, does it state they use that on the final product. It simply shows as an example. It is not stated that it is a fixed template, and the name TAYLOR will be added to your product.
I contacted them stating why would I order it with a name that isn’t theirs and their response was “there is nothing wrong with the order”.
I paid rush shipping to have it for Christmas presents, but didn’t even get it until after Christmas. Paid $225 and can’t even use the product unfortunately! They only offered a $17 refund…
Very disappointed in the product and customer service itself.
