This is the same seller as ISwanshop. I wrote the following review of that site and will post it here as well. No stars would be more accurate for this online seller. A complete con that relies on the fact that a certain number of poor suckers will not bother arguing for a full refund or trying to return the rubbish product they've received. The advertising depicts a sculpture based upon a photo from the purchaser, and the price point reflects what a person might expect to pay for such a product. What is received, instead is a piece of acrylic with a photo printed on it. I have read a few of the other reviews of this seller here and wish I had done so before the fact. As a side note, there is no need to continue communicating with the seller for a refund, once communication has been initiated and they have started playing their games. A chargeback can be initiated through Paypal or your banking institution. The reputation of this seller is so poor that you will have little difficulty getting your money back. But in the first instance.....don't even bother with them.

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. I have sent 3 emails asking for a refund and no one has responded. I ordered something for my parents 54th wedding anniversary and they sent it with the number 10 on it and the product looks nothing like my parents. My parents are African American and they have my parents looking like an entirely different race. I didn’t expect it to be exact but I did at a minimum expect them to get the anniversary year correct. Again, 3 emails and no response. Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Extremely disappointed with this…
Extremely disappointed with this company. The product I received looked nothing like what was advertised. Instead of a high-quality 3D figurine, I received a blurry, flat print that was not worth the €47 I paid. It was supposed to be a gift, but I can't even give it because of how poor the quality is. To make things even worse, I contacted customer support to request a refund, but they have completely ignored my email. Very poor product quality and even worse customer service. I would not recommend this company.

Its fake. Its a scam company. I paid them and they never sent my product.
Not what I ordered
Not what I ordered, which was a sculptured relief type figure, what I recieved was a slightly brighter photo.,in what should have been landscape , was portrait in a broken frame
The product quality is garbage
The product quality is garbage, avoid this company at all cost. What they sell for "outdoor" numbers for homes is a thin plywood (1/4 inch) with a thin veneer and a cheap plastic cut out for the number and name. And... to attach it to your home - two pieces of double sided tape ... works great on stucco. Tried for a refund - no go - "check our site, no refunds"

STAY AWAY! THE PRODUCT THEY SHOW ONLY IS FROM A DIFFERENT SUPPLIER. THE DESIGN THEY MAKE IS GARBAGE. THE LIGHTING NUMBER I RECEIVED IT BARELY HAS ANY LIGHT AND ITS MADE OF CHEAP PLASTIC.

If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. My order arrived damaged all scratched and scuffed. Wires broken and snapped and upon contacting the company they told me to keep it and use it and they would refund me 10% of what the item cost. Still fighting for a full refund. The item is unusable and so unsafe they wanted me to check the product works with broken and snapped wires and electrical hanging out of it. Basically asking me to potentially electrocute myself. They then tried to offer me to pick something else on their website, why would I want to risk ordering something else when the state my original order has come in is appalling. DO NOT ORDER from this website they take your money and have no care about customer service!! Truly disgusting and shouldn’t be a running company.

Wouldn’t even put 1 star it’s zero stars for this company Iv ordered from loads of places in my time and never had trouble like I have with this company pleas I recommend everybody to stay away from this company I made a order on the 1st of February as a valentines gift and still haven’t received, this company are just money grabbers STAY AWAY!!£

Items came damaged they resent still damaged and refusing to issue my money back! Horrible customer service! Do not buy from this company! I have been asking for money back and they just refuse!

I placed an order middle of January still haven’t received it for Valentine’s Day and I paid for express shipping that was 45.00 and said 2-5 days! Will not order from this place again didn’t reimburse me would not suggest it. It’s a scam.

PLASTIC MIRROR
I ordered the heart shaped mirror with an engraved name for my daughter's birthday. You would think when you hear mirror, it's made of glass!!!!!! They sent me hard plastic with someone else's name on it!!!!!!!! You can't even see out the damn thing!!!!! It doesn't give you a description of the item your purchasing!!!!! I thought it would be a mirror made of glass!!!! I will not be recommending this place to NO ONE!!!!!! I WILL NOT BE PURCHASING ANY ITEM FROM THEM EVER!!!!!!

The product is inferior- definitely not worth the money. It’s not even nice enough to give to my granddaughters. I asked to be able to return my product and they refused. Stay away from this company!!!!

Misrepresentation
The item came in way smaller than I expected. The same product in the picture was way larger and more of what I was looking for. The picture definitely was a misrepresentation of the product.

Sign was much smaller than expected
Sign was much smaller than expected, which was really disappointing. They should’ve advertised the length and the width of the sign not just the length so that you knew what size it was going be when it arrived. The package came at the size I was expecting but unwrapping it I discovered that it was a quarter of the size, I wrote to the company advising that I was unhappy with the size of the sign, but I never got a response.
