I Love My Freedom

Hi Marinette, We apologize for any confusion regarding the charges. I can understand how frustrating this situation must be. When you ordered the Bedazzled Trump Hats and only had to pay shipping and handling, you were signing up for our membership, which provides exclusive discounts and offers. A portion of our membership fees also goes toward supporting veterans, as part of our commitment to giving back to those who serve. Throughout the checkout process, we made several attempts to clearly communicate that by purchasing the product, you would be signing up for the membership, and you agreed to the terms and conditions. Additionally, we send a monthly email reminder about the upcoming renewal. We understand how these details can sometimes be overlooked, especially when excited about making a purchase. As a result, we’ve gone ahead and canceled your membership and refunded the last 4 renewal charges. Best regards, I Love My Freedom Team

Hello, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for any confusion regarding your account. The email address you were attempting to cancel with was not the email that was associated with your membership. We were able to locate your account under a different email address and have successfully cancelled your membership and refunded the most recent renewal charge. - The I Love My Freedom Team

Hello, We are sorry you feel this way. Please reply to our Information Request and we will be happy to remove you from our text list. Additionally, you can reply "stop" to any text message to automatically be removed. - The I Love My Freedom Team
