Unauthorized charges of $19.99 for 18…
Unauthorized charges of $19.99 for 18 months, I only ordered a $9 calendar. Having to go through BBB and small claims as they only refunded 4 out of 18 charges so far. Deceit.

Our records indicate that the subscription was established through a completed order with clearly disclosed recurring billing terms, and automatic renewal details were provided during the ordering process and in multiple communications sent monthly. After reviewing your account, we issued refunds for 8 renewal charges, which exceeded our standard refund policy. Partial shipment
I placed 2 orders, received one order and partial order on the second. The order was placed March 22,2026. I wasn't aware of the subscription, until it came out of my account. When I asked to cancel and get my money back, all contact was stopped by them. This isn't a good reputation for a business, nor treating a Veteran as you did. As we have many Veteran brothers and sisters all over that can and will get the word out. J/S
