Scam, will continue to charge your card after membership cancellation
I received the merchandise promptly. I canceled the mandatory membership the same day; however, I continue to be charged $19.99 to my card each month. I have an email confirming my initial cancellation, and I have since canceled the membership again, with screenshots documenting that action as well. Despite this, the charge continues to recur monthly, and each time I sign in, my membership has been reactivated without my authorization.
