We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience. Our records indicate that the subscription was established through a completed order with clearly disclosed recurring billing terms, and automatic renewal details were provided during the ordering process and in multiple communications sent monthly. After reviewing your account, we issued refunds for 8 renewal charges, which exceeded our standard refund policy. While we understand your frustration, we believe we made a good-faith effort to address your concerns and resolve the matter fairly and in accordance with our policies. -The I Love My Freedom Team
