Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the dedicated tour managers and local guides for their exceptional helpfulness, making complex international trips feel completely seamless, stress-free, and well-organized. Travelers also love the beautifully designed itineraries, stunning locations, and the peace of mind provided by dependable transportation services.
However, some people mentioned that certain accommodations were situated far outside the main city areas, meaning guests had to rely on public transit. A few visitors also pointed out occasional scheduling hiccups, minor logistical difficulties at busy transport hubs, or unexpected adjustments to the originally planned route.
I went on the tour to Seoul, Busan and Jeju Island. I have never done anything like this before.
The tour was fun and very well organised. Communications around travel planning, guides and places of interest are given in a timely manner and 24/7 is available. Accommodation choices are excellent.
I am very happy with the entire experience overall. I enjoyed snd appreciate everything. Walking, meeting people from around the world, the sights and its history all added to the experience. I would recommend Indogusto and Tourhub to anyone who wants a guided tour. Thank you
I tried Indogusto out of curiosity as a travel agent they exceeded my expectations! You deal with them through WhatsApp before , during and after your trip which they were super quick in responding to all my needs and concerns. The tours were exceptional! We did the Epic Portugal Tour and we saw and did things we would have never seen on our own! The tour guides were not only wonderful but a pleasure to spend the day with( as some tours are a full day but worth it). The buses were modern and comfortable.
The activities that included tickets to certain attractions were great also( boat tour down Duoro River in Porto)I was looking for a package to offer my clients in destinations and I would highly recommend this company! I am now offering ALL their packages to my clients with confidence that they will come back with great reviews also! Sebastian and his team went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and I did not inform them I was a travel agent until later in the trip!
Thank you again for a fun, memorable and exciting trip Sebastion! ( I also joined the tour after a stay in Faro so I arrived in Lisbon and was picked up at bus station)
Very organized. Timely updates each day. On one of the days, the taxi pickup from hotel to tour shuttle was running late and we were informed up until the taxi arrived. We will definitely book our travel with you again. Thank you for taking care of our memorable vacation.
Ease of booking, typically fast response from Indogusto to questions asked, great quality hotel & fun, educational, unique experiences included in the tour package. The package provided good balance of free time with tour time. Lots of oppty to practice speaking Portuguese- which was perfect as that was a goal of mine. Safe for a solo female traveler & I would definitely book with them again.
Highly recommend France, Switzerland and Italy trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our 14 day…
We thoroughly enjoyed our 14 day France, Switzerland and Italy trip. Early communication prior to our trip took quite a bit of time to receive an answer, but once we were assigned an Indogusto contact, we felt very attended to. We were very excited as the trip approached, which made us somewhat impatient to get ALL the details and vouchers. Once we received the detailed itinerary, vouchers and tickets, we booked a few extra excursion's on our free days. One additional excursion we booked conflicted with a trip from the tour schedule (the tour description was a little misleading on the time) but our contact took care of us and booked us a new tour time so we didn’t have to miss either activity.
Our Indogusto contact was very responsive and timely in responding. He quickly assisted us with a few questions that arose and rebooked us when two different tours were affected by inclement weather. We would definitely recommend this trip to friends and family
.
We felt like this trip had a good variety of things to do and covered many key prime places in each location. We especially loved the apartment we stayed on our Switzerland days. So very nice and roomy!
If I could provide any feedback that might be helpful for others, perhaps some travel tips could be given; best ways to navigate in different cities, a tip to carry coins for bathrooms, and any recommendations on favorite places to visit that aren’t included in the trip (for travelers free days).
Otherwise, we loved our trip experience and hope to book another trip in the future!
We just came back from almost amazing tour of Europe. I did a lot of tweaking and customizing and my every wish was fulfilled. Joe our tour guide was incredibly accessible and helpful he took care of every detail and was available any hour of day or night and all time zones to help make our experience totally stress-free and enjoyable. This was a memorable trip; we saw so much and took so many pictures and had a simply wonderful time.
The trip was something to remember, we were not comfortable with the food and it was assisted as soon as we raised a complaint. The tour guide was good and knew what we wanted. The packages was customized for us and we were happy that we choose Indogusto
