Some issues to set up the ABN of the business. Also the application wouldn't find the BSB of the payee.
Apart from that all good, just starting to test it.
Also payments take 2 days to be processed which is something it would have been good to know before hand.

Exchange wasn’t attractive especially together credit card charges that make high amount payment totally unattractive to use ipaymy.

Excellent first time experience. Very good and prompt customer service that convinced me to take the first step. A fantastic alternative for certain kinds of payment which normally only cheque or cash is accepted. The small price or service charge to pay can easily be offset by reward points earned provided you are a wise consumer of credit card. Most importantly, be disciplined and always pay off your credit card debt before due date, then ipaymy can be your regular tool to make payments.

I accidentally clicked the payment before changing my credit card. I reached out to the support to facilitate an urgent rectification. For regulatory compliance purposes it is compulsory that a UEN is provided for an active registered business in Singapore. Our UEN database is only as accurate as the information that is being shared with us by the relevant authorities. Sometimes a situation may arise where the supplier being paid is a newly incorporated businesses or the supplier has recently updated their details in which the database has not yet been updated in real time therefore resulting in a delay in furnishing these details.
We do understand your frustration over the weekend when you initially tried to make payment and our team offered their immediate assistance on first thing Monday morning. We will definitely take your feedback up to see how we can make the user experience an even better one! We do hope the ultimate delivery of your invoice payment was a 5 star experience.
