Pitaka case is by far the best phone case I’ve had. I like the thin profile and the premium feel. Additionally, the customer service is great. I had an issue with scratches on the back of my case from a MagSafe ring holder (the holder is not from Pitaka) so I contacted Pitaka and they were able to resolve my issue quickly.

My warranrt had expired and i merely had a small cosmetic issue losing a button and they immediately got back top me and instead of saying no we dont do that they took the time to ask me for pictures and propf of purchase and even tho warranty of case had expired they opted to mail me a button it was about 6 communications and after 2 days im now expecting it in the mail. Designs are really nice and the material and feel of the thin cases is very smooth and premium. It’s also more durable than you’d expect given the thinness of the case. Unfortunately my unit arrived with a small scratch/discolouration around the camera bump, not big but noticeable. The customer support team was very helpful though and gave me a partial refund. Overall I’m happy with the service!

Unfortunately, my case did break, and I later found out that this type of damage wasn’t covered under their warranty. There was an issue of my order of IPad pro folio2, Ordered from Amazon, the folio didn’t compatible my iPad, the magnet is sealed and couldn’t hold the iPad. I called Pitaka support, they helped me with best service to get the right folio to work with my iPad. Even I have to wait 14 days to ship from China warehouse. Good product design and service mind.
