The product works well. And customer service is excellent. I had an issue with a switch module but it was completely user error. Aron the CS rep worked me thru it with timely and helpful responses. I will continue to use Sonoff products from ITEAD as I build out my home automation project.
I had an issue pairing to wifi with some smart plugs and dropped ITEAD support a short message to outline the issue. To be honest, I wasn't expecting a reply any time soon, if at all. The support representative, responded to my message within 24 hours and helped me resolve the problem. Very impressed with the help offered and will definitely use this company to buy products in the future. Thank you support team.
SONOFF products are extremely reliable and versatile, allowing you to create quite sophisticated automations at very reasonable prices. What impressed me the most, however, is the quality of their support — they respond quickly, understand the issue right away, and do everything they can to satisfy the customer. When I was a kid, the term “Chinese-made” was often used in a negative way. Today, Chinese solutions have surpassed many European ones — it’s not easy to compete with them anymore.

It was a great positive experience ordering from this seller. their site has all the relevant information about sonoff products so it was very easy for me to choose the right sensors. At the same time, they were the first to offer the latest sonoff bridge ultra model on their website.
Whilst Sonoff products are reasonable priced, they using cheaper and cheaper components with newer models, which is very concerning considering risks associated. The team at ITEAD make excuses why the newer products are worse off and not to worried about real feedback. I’m happy to rather pay a little more for better products.
Best customer support ever. I wanna share with you my experience with Itead. I had an issue with some new R3 and as conctated they immediately solved the problem releasing a software updated for me. I'm completed satisfied and I strong suggest buying Itead products. Try their customer service to get this experience that make a company great. I want also confirm the good quality of Sonoff product in terms of usability, efficiency. A very good way the automate your home.

I ordered Nextion NX1060P101-011C-I and some accessories for it. Packaging was really good, I think nothing could happen to my items during transport. When parcel was on hold because of customs, they contacted me and told me to get in contact with carrier, just to be sure everything is fine. Very nice of them to take care about deliveries. I would also like to say that ordered product is hi quality and is better than expected. I only miss pdf documentation (everything is on webpage in html format).
Poor after sales support. I note that a lot of the glowing reviews are by invitation. Mine isn't. Their technical support has a long way to go before it's acceptable. Frankie seems to be a busy person. They either ask a lot of irrelevant questions or they don't answer at all. They are obsessed with "send video". I asked them why some devices automatically take care of daylight saving time changes and others don't Never had a reply Frankie. The forum is just as bad with no intervention by their staff. Reasonable products, poor back office.
