Bought this as a gift for my bestfriend. We both love trying new perfumes and i thought it would be a great deal to get the trio package so she could pick and choose from. And she loves it!
Authentic and affordable scent subscription
Ordered on Sunday and received my scents on the following Wednesday. At first, I had my reservations about scent subscriptions in general (as the price seems too good to be true), so I decided to choose scents I have used before. And I can now say confidently that these scents are authentic! The sillage and longevity is exact to the original, so buy with confidence. Have decided to subscribe for the long term. I enjoy switching up my scents but don’t want to commit to the full bottle due to price and chance of it going rancid, in the past I have wasted so much money throwing bad perfume away. Super happy that there’s scent sub in Singapore!!! Highly recommended. I like that they frequently feature scents on their socials too… if you need inspiration :) thanks!
Good fragrance subscription service except ..
I expected the delivery to be much faster but it came on 8th day after I have placed order . The bottle is sleek and sent in padded envelope . The perfume is definitely legit . Options to cancel subscription anytime is a plus.

Rough around the edges
Delivery policies should be made clearer at the checkout page as they only mail out in batches every Monday. From order to receipt, the entire process took about 2.5 weeks. In fairness, you can subtract 4 days from 2.5weeks since I purchased on a Thursday and they only shipped out on Monday, and also it was 1.5 weeks before CNY period. Despite that, the delivery times still took relatively long for a local-local postage scenario. Future users might need to anticipate longer lead times. Bottles are nicely designed and sleek but each pump's volume is way too much for my personal liking. Perhaps having a lower volume per spray can allow for greater flexibility on the users' end (2 pumps for heavier users and 1 pump for lighter users).

On all product pages there is a shipping policy that includes our shipping dates (Monday) and we recently added a shipment date of (Friday) as well. However fret not, we'll review our internal processes to ensure that this does not happen again. Great concept and pricing, but still areas for improvement!
Second time customer, loving their fragrance range for men and still so many more I would love to try, each time they expand their collection, I can't help but be enticed to place a new order! The pricing also makes it affordable for me to try out and slowly grow my collection. My experience with their customer service team has been splendid, with prompt replies and they were helpful in processing my refund when I had made a wrong order by accident :) As for areas they can improve on, I would say the build quality of the atomisers as mentioned in my first review. I still see paint chips and scratches on the atomiser I've received, just a cosmetic issue, functionally it's fine but 1 out of 4 of the atomisers I've received tend to leak when sprayed so that's a bummer :/ Also, pertaining to the placement of the label sticker, I think there should be a option at the checkout page for the customer to decide if they want the label on the outside of the atomiser, or on the inner glass vial. Cause my first order has labels on the inside, and my second has labels on the outside, and the inconsistency kinda gets on my nerve. Personally, I much prefer the labels on the glass vial as it helps the atomiser to remain as clean and sleek as possible, but that's just my opinion with regards to label placement. In regards to the label placement, unfortunately as we were getting too many complaints from customers that "there is no label", we ultimately made the switch in our SOPs recently to place the labels on the atomiser casing itself. A great way to find the exact perfect perfume before buying the actual size bottle. Love the mini bottle it came in and love the customer service.
No Brainer
Tested the flavours at the retail and made my booking. All it takes is 5 mins and I got my atomiser the next day. It’s going to station in my work briefcase. The product I never knew I needed especially when I left house without putting on cologne. This year I’m going to clock 12 flavours in 12 months 😈.

Informational instructions, pretty packaging. I love how versatile the service is. If i decide to change a scent i could do it and at an affordable price, no more investing in a perfume and fearing that i later grow bored of it because i could interchange and purchase a new vile of another scent anytime i want with IVRE.
