Fast delivery but the casing for the perfume looks used and blur on the print. though i will grow to like the fact that we can change perfume month on month

Good concept for trying different niche…
Good concept for trying different niche scents at affordable pricing rather than blind buying big bottles. Package arrived within 3 days. However, it was frustrating that the UI to log into mobile site was a little wonky and hard to key in password without hitting a forget password option.

I am glad I chanced upon I’VRE, as i love exploring new scents, and this is a great way to do so.

Interesting concept
Very fast delivery! The case is also beautiful and is easy to bring around. Looking forward to trying different scents especially those marketed for the opposite gender :)

I just received my first order from I’VRE and the ordering and delivery were fast and efficient. I also like that there is a wide variety of perfumes that you can try/sample for daily use before committing to purchasing an entire bottle. Will definitely order again.

ivre admins were very fast in responding my queries, despite the fact that i messaged them at nearly 10.30pm😮💨 when usually other companies get back to you earliest the following day after you uploaded the queries on their website, ivre admins got back to me in a couple of mins only! i really appreciate the prompt response! keep it up ivre team!

Lousy Site, Product, Process, Customer Service and Overall Experience
Lousy Site Ordered a subscription on blind faith. Why blind faith? The website doesn't offer descriptions of the scents. So you'll have to either know what you like or do your research prior. Lousy Process Received the 1st scent and hated it. Proceeded to make a change for the following month's order. Somehow, within days, I was charged and delivered the same set from my 1st order. Lousy Customer Service Clarified with their customer service and they refused to offer a swap even after offering to return the item personally. Lousy overall experience There are other brands offering this subscription service with a much better site and process. I'VRE, you've just lost a long term customer.

Hi Alvin, Firstly we're sorry to hear that you have not had a pleasant experience with our service. In regards to your first topic of "Lousy Site", if you were to scroll through our fragrance list, each of the 200+ fragrance that we have available has a description as well as it's notes. Of course this isn't comparable to smelling it in person at the store however we do our best to describe it in the best possible manner. In regards to "Lousy Process", you placed your order as a subscription and upon checking our records, the second order was placed by yourself. Upon investigating this further, we looked through your actions on our site and found that you had "Placed an order immediately" and our website does offer 2 precautions prior to placing a new order which were both accepted when you were on our site. In regards to "Lousy Customer Service", typically we do accept cancellations of orders or changing of the scent however in your case, you had contacted us after you received your parcel and as such we are unable to offer a refund/exchange. We understand that you have offered to return the item personally however this is not an accepted practice as we guarantee our customers the best product and we adhere to strict company policies in order to achieve this. Hello, jst recievd my order this morning. First time buying from IVRE, tbh service is really great and there was a lot of options of perfumes to choose from. However i ordered the black IVRE perfume case but i received the gold case 😂 No big deal though the gold is also very pretty. I would defo order again once this perfume finishes & might even subscribe. Thank you 😊

I really liked the idea of a perfume…
I really liked the idea of a perfume subscription! It took me awhile to decide which perfume I wanted to get because I couldn't like a scent enough to commit to a whole bottle. But with I'VRE, I can try more scents!
