Never receive the goods after mony paid
Never receive the goods after mony paid JD order number is 321612340784 I paid $253.19 for a toilet heating ring on Septermber 03rd,2025 in Australia. I never receive the goods. I have contacted "global-cs@jd“. The reply is they shipped the goods to a logistic warehouse, and I needed to pay again to the logistics warehouse then they could ship it. But I have been waiting for the payment option from logistics warehouse since last September. The logistics warehouse is also belonging to JD. JD never gave me a chance to pay for the shippment. The recent reply from JD is that the goods has been chucked away because I did not pay extra for the shipment. I suspect that JD never really want to ship it to me or only wanted to steal my money.
They never send you the full order
Absolutely a scam company I urge anyone thinking about buying from them not to stay away
Rubbish
The shoes I ordered and waited three weeks for were ridiculous when delivered. The order was for UK size 10 Euro 45 wide. The shoes delivered were poor quality about size 30 or 7 UK emailed guess what? No reply. Don’t buy from this scam chinese outfit.

The material and spec of the shoes advertised were NOT the quality delivered - and one pair in particular are clearly not going to last - that said, you get what you pay for and £58 for 3 pairs of sandals / shoes.. as long as they last for my 10 day holiday, I’ll be satisfied. The flat sandals are extremely poor quality, they’re not going to cope with a day of walking - I’ll write them off. The 2 cork wedges, might last a couple of summers despite their poor quality - they look ok.
I have received my order today
I have received my order today. Firstly the package was open/damaged then when I opened the goods they were nothing like the goods I'd ordered. They were supposed to be 2 pairs of diamante studded sandals in two different colours. The only thing correct was the colours!!! One pair wasn't too bad but the second pair was a toe post sandal, which I do not like wearing and the heel was totally different to the advertised items as it was too low and different style. I'm afraid I won't be going through the process of trying to return them as I've read lots of bad reviews of people not getting a refund, I cannot afford to lose the money so will have to try and sell them independently. Absolute ripoff!!!!
Avoid this company like the plague
Avoid this company like the plague. I wish I could leave a lower score. They sent me the wrong size shoes. I emailed them asking to return, they replied ‘that as the items were cheap was it worth returning and I’d have to pay for the returns even though it was there mistake. However, they did give me a £10 voucher for any further purchase. Like I’d ever purchase from them again. They are scammers and should be dealt with. Really bad company. Avoid!!
Absolute Scammers
Absolute rubbish. I have bought 3 pairs of the boots they advertised and each time they arrive as a size 6 (uk) 39. Each time I needed a larger size. This must be the only size they do. Complete waste of time and money. No return address and no customer contact!

Do not buy from this place. I ordered a long line bra 34dd they sent me 46E big difference and told me they will give me £10 coupon when the bra cost more than that wouldn’t send me a returns label I have to pay for it and it’s not guaranteed it will get there. Avoid avoid avoid

Rubbish shoes
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes that were advertised as having extra support. As it turns out they don’t give any support and are very flimsy. Furthermore the zipper on the side keeps jamming, and I imagine it won’t be long until it breaks . They do not have a simple to use complaint system, therefore they will probably go in the rubbish bin. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
Falsely labelled - utterly useless
I ordered a pair of driving gloves. I measured my hand carefully according to the guidelines, and the result was that my hand was at the top end of Large. To be on the safe side, I ordered XL. When the gloves arrived, they were labelled XL both on the packet and the gloves themselves, but I couldn't even get may hands in. They are at best Medium, and probably Small - and there's no way of returning them without paying the postage. If I had known they were coming from China (I've had bad experiences with Temu) I would never have ordered them.

Don't bother paying for expedited shipping
Bought a pair of sandals which I am pleased with. They are comfortable and look good. The communication with the seller was good. However I did feel it was a bit of a rip off paying £7.99 for expedited shipping as that didn't happen.
