Poor connection with Jetpac Europe region eSIM in Switzerland
I have used Jetpac when I previously travelled to Switzerland and they were great. This time I bought a European region card as I was staying longer and it was awful. Could hardly connect to LTE sometime even just 3G and never to 5G. It made it impossible to use it for most of the trip as even with LTE often data connection failed. Reverting to my normal provider paying extra to be connected to the same Swiss network immediately connected to 5G, so it is clearly Jetpac issue. Poor and I will not use them again.

Dear Geri,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate that you've previously had a positive experience with Jetpac, which makes this experience in Switzerland all the more discouraging to hear.
The inconsistent connectivity you encountered is not the standard we expect from our Europe eSIM. While mobile performance can vary based on local network conditions, the experience you described warrants a closer review. Our team is happy to investigate the connection logs and network performance during your trip if you contact us with your details.
At Jetpac, we're committed to delivering reliable connectivity across our supported destinations, and feedback like yours helps us identify and address issues when they arise.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Best,
The Jetpac Team
Best attention ever! Just 3 minutes for solving an issue with the installation of a eSIM. Great customer service.

Simply the worst. My eSIMs didn't work at all during my trip to the USA/India, and I ended up having to buy another one.
The eSIM showed a 5G connection, but nothing would load because there was no actual internet access.
Forgot to write a review earlier, so I am writing it now

Dear Hasan al Kaium,
Thank you for sharing your feedback, even if it's some time after your trip.
A 5G signal indicator does not always mean an active data session has been successfully established, and there are several factors that can lead to this type of connectivity issue. That said, this is not the experience we want our customers to have while travelling.
Our support team is always happy to investigate cases like this by reviewing the eSIM configuration, network registration, and connection logs to understand what happened. If you haven't already been in touch with us, we'd appreciate the opportunity to look into your case.
Please reach out to us via our support channels and include the email address associated with your purchase, along with your travel dates to the USA and India, so we can investigate further.
We value your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the reliability of our service and the overall customer experience.
Best,
The Jetpac Team

Had an issue setting up my e sim but they sorted it in minutes. I did need to get on WiFi but the WhatsApp chat support was amazing from Dan. I just needed to delete the old e sim and re download the new one as they had changed something since I last used one. Super easy and able to leave this review thanks to being online!

I accidentally purchased the wrong eSIM package before my upcoming trip to Bali and contacted Jetpac via WhatsApp, expecting it to be a complicated process. The support team responded quickly, explained my options clearly, and although they couldn't exchange the plan, they processed a refund for my unused eSIM on the same day without any hassle.
The communication was friendly, professional and easy to understand, and I really appreciated how smoothly everything was handled. Mistakes happen, and it's how a company responds that makes the difference. Based on my experience with their customer service, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jetpac and I'm looking forward to using the correct eSIM on my trip. Thank you for making the process so easy!

I have probably gotten four or esims from Jetpac. The connection has always been wonderful and I’ve been in some pretty out-of-the-way places. Customer support is excellent. Today I ran into a little bit of trouble installing and the Support Tech, Nel, was excellent. Very patient and walked me through step-by-step. I felt as though I was in excellent hands. I highly recommend.
