My wife and I bought 2 packs of eSIMs of 30Gb for our trip to Japan and they were working very well until we bought new phones and the eSIMs didn't function anymore. Here is what happened on the third day of the trip: the eSIMs couldn't be transferred because they are single-use. I contacted Jetpac via WhatsApp, and they promptly cancelled my plan and issued a refund based on the remaining data—around $21—even though I had paid about $34 and used only 3GB. Since I already knew about the issue, I bought two more eSIMs and was waiting to finish setting up the new phones before activating them. However, when my wife contacted Jetpac, to ask for hers refund, they made a mess of things. They claimed they couldn't issue a prorated refund for her eSIM, told us that ir had stopped working because it ran out of data, without providing any proof or usage logs. They also mistakenly cancelled one of the eSIMs I had just bought (which hadn't even been activated yet), forcing me to buy a fifth one, and the refund amount they issued was lower than it should have been. For all these reasons, I don't consider the company reliable; they treat customers poorly, use random excuses to avoid resolving issues, and end up keeping our money.

Have used Jetpac multiple times when traveling. Although one installed without issues, the 2nd pack assigned to someone else didn’t install correctly through the app. While waiting for customer support, went ahead and tried manual QR code install, which worked. Support ended up assigning a new pack, which wasn’t necessary since original finally installed.
Overall a good outcome but it would be 5 stars if no issues were encountered. Several times support was able to resolve install issues and large data bundled pricing is still one of the best.

Disappointed with the Refer-a-Friend offer and support. My friend used my referral code to successfully buy a pack, but I never received my $10 voucher. I contacted WhatsApp support, and the agent gave me a promo code that didn't even work. I am now 3 days into my Europe trip, stranded without data, and support has gone completely silent on me. It feels like they simply won't honor their own promotions. Avoid relying on their referral system if you need seamless data for travel.

Bought an esim for China and Hong Kong for travel from 31 August to 9 September. The esim kept dropping off in China and I couldn't get wifi when I needed to find places and booking tickets etc. I have used WhatsApp to communicate with Jetpack but got the same reply. Frankly, I advise not to purchase esim from this company.

I contacted JetPac because it wasn’t working correctly. The help I received was quite complex and involved and I must say that Pau was very patient and attentive with me especially as I was on the move while trying to implement the changes he was asking me to do. In the end everything worked as it should despite my difficulties but the patience shown was very much appreciated. I will use JetPac on all my trips from now and recommend them to anyone travelling to foreign climes especially China where I am moving around.

JETPAC has some really good value eSIMS. I’ve now used them in Asia and Europe and found them to be very good. They are very easy to install and if you’re technologically challenged (like me), the online support is very helpful and will quickly get you online.

When the app wasn't providing user info I emailed and they responded right away. Reloading the app worked and I was back with the information I needed. They were great helping me out.
