Best agents ever! I found out about joyagoo through a friend and I am so glad I found it! I submitted my order and the whole time the staff at joyagoo notified me on my order step by step, giving me accurate and perfect notifications. The warehouse pictures were consistently good and were quick to get me pictures. although I had issues with sellers not shipping some items in my order, joyagoo took this seriously and processed a super quick refund for me which was very good. when I shipped my order from the warehouse, joyagoo and their staff were very quick to box it all up and get it prepared for shipment which only took 10 days! I would totally recommend to anybody wanting a good agent, joyagoo aren't a good agent, they are the best!

My Experience Ordering On Joyagoo

I recently ordered a pair of Rick Owens Geobaskets and a Chrome Hearts sweatshirt from Joyagoo, and I have to say—I’m impressed. The quality of both items exceeded my expectations. The Geobaskets have the right shape, height, and leather texture, staying true to the original design. The stitching, sole, and even the laces felt premium. As for the Chrome Hearts sweatshirt, the detailing was on point—accurate logo placement, thick embroidery, and solid weight to the fabric. Shipping took a reasonable amount of time, and the packaging was secure. Customer service was responsive when I had a quick sizing question. Overall, I’m really happy with the experience and would definitely shop with Joyagoo again. If you’re looking for high-quality pieces at a good price, I’d recommend checking them out.

Avoid JoyaGoo at All Costs – Disgusting Experience!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one is 100% deserved. JoyaGoo is hands down the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. I had a holiday planned for the 31st of July to Italy, and I placed my order a whole month in advance – on the 10th of July – thinking that would be more than enough time. I ordered two packages: one of them was a pair of sliders, which was supposedly leaving for the UK three days after I ordered. Then it was delayed to the 22nd, and later pushed back again to the 26th. That’s a 5-day delay just for shipping – and for what? The airline “couldn’t fly to the UK”? That’s not my problem. It’s their responsibility to make sure customers receive their items on time. Then I check the app a few days ago, and it says the package arrived in the UK… but it’s the 30th, I leave tomorrow, and guess what? Still no package. My second package? Even worse. It was supposed to leave on the 29th, but now it’s been delayed to the 8th of August, well after I’ll be back from my trip. Absolutely useless. Customer service? Don’t even bother. All they do is send empty messages like “don’t worry” or “we’ve got this,” but they don’t actually solve anything. Completely unhelpful. Now let’s talk about payments. JoyaGoo doesn’t just make you pay once. No – I had to make six separate payments. One for the product, another for delivery, and then a third (yes, again) for an additional delivery fee – and this happened twice. So not only do they delay everything, they also sneak in extra charges. It’s shady and unethical. Honestly, I don’t understand how this app has so many good reviews. My experience has been pure stress, delays, and wasted money. If you value your time, money, or sanity, DO NOT USE JOYAGOO. This app is a joke, and it should not even be operating if it can’t handle basic logistics or customer care. Zero stars if I could. Never again.
