I've now been waiting for over 40+ days for the package after reshipping and havent gotten any tracking updates, ive contacted support many times and theyve been extremely unhelpful and havent done anything to resolve this issue, i will NEVER purchase from here again.

Shopped with them couple of times. 3 pairs of shoes and a bubble vest. The quality of shoes are decent. Comfortable and relatively well made upon visual inspection and fit check. The quality of the vest is fairly good. Well made for the price. Goods are delivered in about a month time regardless what they advertise. The shipping rate exceeds my expectations. For instance if a pair of shoes costs 70$, shipping is pretty much the same (to Canada). Makes the total to be 140$. On top of that there is also duty. Whatever the sender writes on the declaration form, you will be charged the same amount for duty. For instance, the sender wrote the total value 38$, and that's what the Canadian government charged me. 100% tariff? That is not entirely JoyaGoo's fault. It is the current political climate. But the shipping cost is steep. Also, JoyaGoo do not give out tracking ID. I have asked them numerous times for them, they do not reply. So basically, makes you feel like you are being scammed...until the products arrive a month later. Oh and forget about returns, it is impossible. The last time, I order a vest following seller's sizing chart since Asia size is different than North America, I measured myself according to their chart. In North America I am a Medium but in Asia that is a XL. So I ordered an XL. Turns out it was way too big. I inquired about return and exchanges. No response. Since JoyaGoo is the middlemen, this area they will not be responsible. So that 120$ is gonzo. So pretty much it is a roll of dice with JoyaGoo. I would likely order direct from other sites next time.
The process was all great, just a little slow by handling out shipments, other than that all good!
So far I’ve had issues with every step. Buying products. It wasn’t in stock, paid for shipping but they canceled it and I had to pay for it again. Once it actually shipped out. It got lost during delivery, was cancelled and sent back to China. It was an experiment with lots of money lost.
1 star is still to much. They keep making excuses for you to pay more for transport, and other bs.
I can’t log in to my account. It keeps saying there’s abnormal activity and that a verification code will be sent to my email, but I never receive it.

I was scammed of $400 and the joyagoo customer service refused to give me back my money. I made a big order of 21 items which was clearly a big mistake and cost me $400, then when all items arrived at their warehouse at the same time I viewed the photos taken and all was good and I was satisfied until I saw that one of the things I ordered was completely wrong and I was sent a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PRODUCT instead and therefor I couldn’t proceed to the shipping process and get my products shipped to me since I needed to refund this item and get it replaced with the store credit they give you as a refund before I can get everything shipped since getting everything you ordered shipped together is literally what THEY TELL YOU TO DO! Little did I know this refund process was going to take WEEKS and when i was fed up of waiting I decided to just ship everything else and forget about the item I wanted to get replaced and just accept the loss on it because i was unsure if I was ever going to get the refund.Then when I proceeded with the shipping I was stunned to find out that the 20 items were going to cost me A MINIMUM of $600+ to get shipped to me (even after the coupons they give you were applied) which is not only more expensive then the order itself by a mile but is ridiculous and is not a price I’m willing to pay for clothes and is completely out of my budget and was not mentioned at any process before this not to not to mention that no additional shipping fee was even stated to begin with and if I were actually able to proceed with the shipping process once my products arrived I would’ve and I would’ve seen the absurd shipping fee and returned my items right away as anyone would do, however since I had to wait for so long when I demanded my money back for atleast 19/21 products and ship only the two that I needed customer service refused to give me back my $400 since the products I ordered have stayed at their warehouse for longer than the refund window that they give you of a couple days despite this COMPLETELY BEING THEIR MISTAKE as I’ve been doing nothing but listening to and following all their directions and recommendations , and even after telling them that I am willing to accept getting a discounted refund consisting of not all $400 they owe me they still refused since they are not willing to give me back my money without the original suppliers paying for my refund which is no longer possible since we have now passed the refund window to ensure they are still not making a loss out of this encounter with me dispite once again THIS BEING JOYAGOO’s MISTAKE AND NOT MINE and now they are refusing to give me back my money after scamming me.
