AI 生成

Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the wonderful product quality, noting that items arrive quickly and match online descriptions and photos perfectly without any disappointment. People also mention that the ordering process is very easy to navigate, making shopping straightforward, pleasant, and highly reliable for everyday purchases. Some reviewers were not happy with the unexpectedly high shipping fees and additional unexpected costs required to finally receive their ordered parcels safely. Consumers also reported frustrating delivery delays, unresponsive customer support services, and frequent problems concerning heavily damaged items upon their final arrival.

Joyagoo Haul

I ordered two pairs of Nike Air Force 1s (one black, one white) and the LEGO Porsche 911 set from Joyagoo, and I’m very satisfied with my experience. Both pairs of AF1s arrived in excellent condition, true to the quality check photos provided. The materials and stitching were clean and consistent with what I expected. The black pair is sleek and versatile, while the white pair has that classic, fresh look — both were exactly what I was looking for. The LEGO Porsche 911 set also came well-packaged, with all parts intact and no damage to the box. It was a fun and rewarding build, and the finished model looks great on display. Shipping was smooth and the communication throughout was clear. I appreciated the updates and felt confident in the process. I would definitely order from Joyagoo again based on this experience.

⸻ No Refund and No Response – Very Disappointed

⸻ I paid in full for my order, but shortly after, I was asked to pay an unreasonably high shipping fee. Because of that, I decided to cancel the order. To this day, I haven’t received a refund to my credit card, and no one is responding to my messages. Very disappointing and unprofessional — this is not how customer service should be handled.

Very disappointed with this order

Very disappointed with this order. The items were poorly packaged, with no proper protection or padding, so many of them arrived damaged or deformed. It’s clear that little care was taken to ensure the safety or condition of the products. On top of that, the shipping cost was quite high, which makes the overall experience even more frustrating. Definitely would not want to repeat this experience.
