I submitted a parcel on the 12th of September and paid for a service of transport that claimed it will take 10 - 16 days to arrive at my house. On the 22 of September they finally packaged the stuffs 10 DAYS AFTER I SUBMITTED IT. On the 26 they sent it out to the airport. It's already the 12th of October ONE MONTH HAVE PASSED and still I haven't received mi package yet. The problem I have is that I paid more money for the shipment to be faster but instead is taking more time.
3/4 items that I delivered were really good, but my pants had a broken button. Also after I payed for the delivery, I had to pay again "because the real weight exceeded estimated weight" so basically they undercalculated. But overall I enjoy the quality of items and I strongly recommend buying here.
The Stuff i got was really good for that Price. Only disappointment was that the delivery Took a bit long because of the new Warehouse. All in all i give 4 Stars out of 5.

At first i thought joyabuy was just going to be a scam but it’s not. I got my package within 2 weeks of ordering it and the product was great quality. The only downside is you have to pay a lot for shipping.
My haul came fast, got to the warehouse quickly and customer support was slow to begin with but they soon were replying within a few hours. Easy to use too
Wow, i ordered 5 items and 3 of them were missing when the package came, they said that they checked the cctv and they had packed it but i aint buying that shi🙏💀 they dont even give me a refund
Worse experience with them.I purchased a hoodie for my son.I paid the price and the shipment was over sixteen dollars which is doesn't worth. Most expensive shipment.They didn't send me the hoodie . They asked me to pay shipment again to resend the hoodie.I asked them for a refund.they dont want to do it.

They are deceitful. I paid them for the jacket and shipping costs of $16 and it never arrived. I emailed them and they told me it had been returned. I don’t know why. So I told them I would like a refund of the amount I paid $45 and they told me it is not possible. If you would like to pay shipping again so we can send it???? I wrote to them for two months demanding the amount, and today they closed my account with them
Complicated process. No sign of items after a month.
Ordered items a month ago.
They have not even been shipped yet.
The whole process has been really complicated and has taken such a long time now that I don't even really want the things any more.
I paid the shipping fee 3 days ago (when the parcel was finally ready) but it is still showing as unpaid and the parcel has not left them. I can see the payment on my bank statement - it definitely went through.
Not sure what to do now - I fear that I am not getting the items (I'm not paying the shipping again - £30) and I am afraid that I have lost my money (over £100)
I wish I had never dealt with them.
I will update this review if I have any "joy" with them this week but I am losing hope.
Also, all these other reviews giving 5 stars look mighty suspicious to me.
Update: 2 weeks on - no sign of my parcel although it has apparently finally shipped.
Update: 6 weeks since I ordered, the parcel has arrived.
Taken a long time and I reiterate that the buying process is unnecessarily complicated.
Doubt I will order again although my son is pleased with the product.
This is really safe and have good quality products.Price are really affordable but the only problem is the price of the shipping because sometimes they are additional fees that you need to pay.But overall i would recommend this site.
