A total scam. There was no resemblance between picture and the items i received. Very bad quality, another fabric than in descriptions. And they made returns very complicated and at the same time offered me a 10% refund for keeping the items. In the end i kept the items because i got tired of them. I Will never wear them though.
I had the same experience as everyone else here, false advertising and they send you cheap useless products. I ordered three pieces of clothing on this website one of the items was never sent and the other two despite being advertised as knitted and patch work are polyester prints that don’t even match the pictures on the website, I have been sending them several emails and requesting a refund and a label to send the products back, they have been ignoring the fact that they didn’t send me one item completely and for the return, despite the fact that on their website it says if the product has quality problems they need to pay for the return trip they are not accepting that either and offering me only 15% refund of what I paid! This is illegal and I am escalating this problem to the bank and European costumer protection authorities. Everyone else please do it as well. As long as we give up on our rights in cases like this, these businesses continue to grow!

This company doesn't ship what they sell on their website. I ordered a Cozy KNIT Sweater for Halloween which I received a day late and then opened the package to find a cheap polyester, sweatshirt with a screen print design of the knit sweater that doesn't match at all. I sent an email demanding a refund and sent loads of pictures along with the website picture of the sweater I was expecting to receive. I am sorry I didn't look into this company first before ordering but they're a scam. How do these people continue business?

The dress I received was nothing like what I ordered! It was advertised as hand embroidered, but instead it was very very poor quality printed pattern which was so pixelated you can't tell what it's meant to be. I contacted them to return the item, but the policy on the website was not the one they were wanting to implement. They instead said i'd have to pay an expensive shipping cost. They offered a 15% refund but honestly this thing is completely unusable so... I know the pictures look amazing but don't trust it! Take the picture to a tailor or something.

I paid (via PayPal) for a product that was false and deliberately misrepresented on their website. The product (shoes) were not as described. The shoes were described as being genuine Italian leather. This seller provided pictures of shoes that were not in their inventory. The product I received was clearly made from synthetic materials. I could smell the chemicals once I opened the package. I contacted the seller to initiate a return and receive a prepaid return label. It was at this point that I realized that the seller was in China. I was told via email the return would be at my cost since they don't provide prepaid return labels. I stated, this return is necessitated entirely by your company's deceitful advertising and misrepresentation of the product. The seller kept offering 15%, 20% and 50% refund and I could keep their shoes. I refused their offers. I filed a claim with PayPal against this seller. I provided pictures from their website and pictures of the shoes that I received. PayPal sent me a notification stating the seller agreed to the return of their shoes. I would have to pay for the return in order to get a 100% refund. I had to pay $76 for the return. The seller would have to pay $87 once the shoes are returned to them in China. I paid $152 for the shoes. I will only receive $76 from this refund once they verify the shoes return. This seller has chosen to practice deceitful and misleading business practices. They would have made more money from honesty than from deceit.

This Brand appeals American brand but this is tipical ”Identity－Fraud ”brand. In fact this would be run by Chinese. They make a lot of Identity fraud. We can see same items by internet fashion brand " Duojuke ". This fraud cahnges brand name frequently. They also pretends to be Japanese craft brands.

This company uses AI-generated images to sell their products. I get that people are looking for a deal, but this company just takes your money and gives you appallingly bad products. So, it's really only a bad deal. Quilted bag? No. Just a printed picture on cheap fabric.
