I heard nothing from them until I raised a dispute via Paypal. However, once this was in motion, they responded to my emails and were in fact very ready to resolve the issue.
I've bought multiple times from Kent faith, often their own brand, mostly filters - ND, black mist and wide angle, plus their own brand selfie stick which was so good I bought a second one after leaving my original one in Turkey after filming a travel series for my YouTube channel over there! They have a great range of quality products and I've never had any issues with delivery. I'm currently wondering whether to take the plunge and order their 4k bodycam to supplement my DJI Pocket 3 footage - I will update this review if I decide to go for it!
AI sunglasses don’t work and heycyan app is a joke. Slick advertising and marketing are used to get the sale but the product does not deliver any of the promised features. Should be a law against false advertising

Great prices, well designed products. I have been using their tripod and bag and all have fit all of my needs without any issues.
Buyer beware. Terrible experience and waste of money. Purchased 2 different products. The products are not as advertised. It is a company based in China and downloading apps with their QR code to use the products purchased takes you to Chinese investment apps. The quality of the products are inferior and unreliable as are the Chinese apps required to support the products. These apps have less than 10 reviews for an average rating of 1.5. Beware the website marketing and advertising claims and websites supposed product reviews. Update - should be a remedy for false advertising but unfortunately this company is located in China. They have a standard response to send a video of the problem. The video on the glasses does not work and the response is misleading. Returning the glasses with camera is prohibited as China will not accept them under their rules. Definitely a scam!!!

I only knew this company for filters and other photography accessories. When it started selling oddly looking Cameras (as in earlier days some scammers sold 'Scameras'), I was alarmed. And indeed their quality is far below what they are being advertised as. Don't support this company!

This company is trash with the delivery! It’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t received my ND Filter. It’s not worth it buying from them. I would buy from Neewer next time to avoid the long delay. I encourage everyone else to buy from Neewer, they have a 3 day deliver instead of this KentFaith bullshit!
Should have been negative star rewiew - Stay away from this company as their product as well as customer service sucks - Bought a Lens adaprt for Canon FE to Fuji X and it does not works as describe and had to ship it back from my pocket for returns ($70) which was done in the 30 days window and now China custom returning it to me as duty was not paid. I will end up with garbage that I paid $270 + $70 shipping fee - $340 at a loss for dealing with this company - Please stay clear of them, as even their Amazon reviews on their products are hit and miss.

I have 3 top notch lenses. The Kentfaith 3 in 1 filters really helped me out. I couldn't get my lighting or image dialed in just right. These Kentfaith filters are probably the most impactful piece of gear that I have purchased. I don't even take the filters off. Thanks for the top notch filters Kentfaith. That along with excellent customer service really left a great impression on me. I highly recommend Kentfaith for serious content creators.
A security camera was bought which unfortunately had issues. The company sent an alternative replacement which was very reasonable of them and much appreciated. It now works very efficiently.

Their products are top quality! I purchased a carbon fiber tripod and it is strong and light weight. I also purchased their extension arm and it integrates flawlessly. The head from the tripod works with the arm and the quality is great! Additional note: Their customer service is outstanding! My order was shipped in two separate packages and some how the second package was missing 2 items, not sure where the problem was. I contacted customer service and after a few emails and some trouble shooting on their part they sent me the 2 missing items! Great doing business with them, and will be ordering additional items!
I purchased a wildlife camera a while ago with memory card I was promised a freebies didn’t materialise I soon found out the camera was over priced, they are a fraction of the price on AliExpress for the exact same model and the memory card stopped working avoid this company
I placed two orders on the same day with the same delivery address. One delivered perfectly. The second order was never delivered and through poor and missing courier communications returned to the warehouse. After 2 months, a refund was provided to me. It was not a great experience but I appreciate the resolution.

I ordered lights that were out of stock and they accidentally let me place the order when they realized the mistake they replaced my order with a newer better version of those light at zero extra cost for me. In every transaction I’ve had with Kent faith their honesty and communication are very strong. Not to mention the quality control is excellent, all the products they list or create come in high quality condition and have lasted me for years so far.
I have been a customer for a couple of years and have purchased a tripod, several bags, and filters. The 95mm filter glass separated from the metal ring and left a permanent smudge on the center of my 180-600 Nikkor lens from rubbing against the glass, significantly affecting the value of the lens. I didn't bother to contact the company because I don't want a replacement filter that I don't trust and I know the company will never compensate me for the damage to my lens by replacing or repairing it. I don't recommend buying their filters.
