Once that amount is settled, we are able to cancel your subscription and refund any membership fees that have been charged. I completely understand how valuable your time is and how frustrating this is. Our escalation team would love to speak with you, and to see if there is anything they can do to turn this situation around. I didn't see an email address associated with this review to provide to them, and due to HIPAA we aren't able to reach out to patients who we believe had an issue without being able to verify information on their chart (such as a name and email address). In your state, you should receive an approval email from the state within 30 days of submitting your application. After you have been approved and have completed the "patient self-evaluation", you are able to reach out to your chosen medical dispensary to schedule your initial consultation with the pharmacist on site.
