Hello Antoinette! Thank you for leaving us feedback so that I can clarify. While we do not have any physical locations, I see you signed up with a discount code from our partner dispensary. The discount code made the certification free, but there was a technical error that caused an email to go out stating that you were billed $45. I have reviewed our system to confirm that you were not billed at all by Leafwell, as we actually do not have your payment details on file. In your state, once approved by the provider, you must complete the state registration. It can take the state 30 days to process your application and for patients to receive the approval email.
