Our film transfers are performed as one-to-one captures of the original reels without color correction, restoration, or editing, so factors such as fading, color shifts, and other age-related characteristics of the film will be reflected in the final transfer. Film leaders are also typically preserved as part of the original footage, as we do not offer any editing services. That said, we understand your concerns regarding the upside-down reel and the overall quality of the transfer.
