Thank you so much for the kind words about our caps, and especially for your patience throughout this experience. We are thrilled the XL fit is working so well for you.
We sincerely apologize for the frustration with the shipping carrier on your second order. This is not the experience we want for any customer, and we have since removed GOFO from our carrier mix entirely. We are glad Marielle was able to get things resolved and that your replacement arrived quickly.
Your feedback played a real role in that decision, and we appreciate you taking the time to share the full picture. We hope to deliver a much smoother experience on your next order.
