Fraudulent company
Everything about this company feels like a scam. The materials are so cheap and nothing at all like pictured. The amount of time taken to reply to requests for returns is ridiculous and then the amount, 20% offered as a refund is ridiculous also ridiculous. Stay away from purchasing from this fraudulent company!

Unfortunately they look nothing like the pictures on your website and the quality is very poor. I don't know how companies like yours can get away with scamming customers. This is truly FALSE ADVERTISING!!! I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. If it looks too good to be true, then it is!

I'm so glad I found Linensloom! Their website is filled with beautiful, unique women's clothing that's both stylish and elegant. It was refreshing to find pieces that stand out from what you typically see in stores. Ordering was easy, and I can't wait to receive my order. The order took 3 weeks to come and items are cheap quality materials with no embroidery which is shown while purchasing. Been trying to contact them to get refund and end items back. But nobody replied. Which I’m not surprised by as I emailed them many times when chasing order.

Don't trust what you see.
I bought a blouse in May 26th 2026. What I got was no way close to what I orderred. They promised to refund 40% of my payment. Till today they have not done so despite my numerous followup emails. I am convinced they are a scam. Poor quality and gross misrepresentation.

I just recently purchased from this Linensloom company!! BEWARE! WARNING ‼️ this company is a total fraud/ scam. They EMBELLISHED their photos and videos to make customers think that they are buying quality, stylish clothing but, what I received was tunic like dresses with no shape and the top was PRINTED not embroidered like their website claims. The clothes look NOTHING like what it’s pictured on their website. The Linensloom company should be STOPPED. I’ve emailed them telling them how horrible their clothes look and looks like child sewed them but, of course no response.

I wish I read the reviews before I bought anything. The products definitely DID NOT resemble what I ordered. Instead I got a cheap imitation. The design was the same but the material was polyester - instead of the cotton/linen mix I was expecting - and the hand stitched design was no where to be seen. Stay away from buying anything from this company.

The dress is poorly made, mass produced cheap fabric with no tags for care. Printed even though it says embroidered. Waste of money. Stitching is long and color of thread doesn't match so tan thread topstitched on a green dress. Looks awful, feels awful. Don't waste your money. Certainly not from Tennessee.

I like your clothes, however there was a glitch in my check out and ended up splitting my order into 2 separate orders. When I saw I had to go back because something was left in my cart, I ended up changing a few items and adding others. I hope they all fit.

In the photos, the products look vibrant and have a textured pattern. In reality, they are duller and lack character. The search function is poor; it doesn't allow you to search for specific terms like "maxi dress" or "floor-length."

Not sure how this company gets away with false advertising. Materiel not as advertised, embroidered clothing a lie, they are very poorly screen printed patterns. Stitching poor quality. And when I complained, they said I could get a small refund but would have to pay for my returns. They would not take responsibility for the crap they are selling. Do not buy their stuff, you will regret it.
