The worst online site. Made an order worth $100 on July and never received it despite several emails asking for a refund until August then I forgot all about it. I remembered the order few days ago and I decided to stop contacting them and went to PayPal who are working on my refunded. Do not mess with this site if they are not fraudulent they have one of the worst services ever.

Linensloom charged the order amount immediately. Three weeks later, having received nothing, I sent several emails asking for an update on my order. In July, the company replied asking me to choose a different delivery address. I provided an address in Dubai, but received no response despite sending several follow-up emails. I then sent multiple emails requesting the cancellation of my order and a refund of the amount paid. Their last response was on August 5, 2026, stating that they would check with the relevant department. As of today, October 4, 2026, there has been no news from them—no update on my order and no refend of my money. Their service is abysmal; there is no respect, no follow-up, and no professionalism. They are thieves. Be careful: do not make the same mistake. Stay away from this site and do not order anything from them, or you risk losing your money.

These items are so poorly made I threw them away. Nothing is embroidered. Fabric is polyester printed to look like picture. They are liars and cheats.

AI ads are used to scam consumers. The ads emphasize 3D embroidery, but when you receive the clothes, the so-called 3D embroidery is just a printed pattern on some cheap T-shirts. Emails requesting returns and refunds never get a reply. Please do not fall for this scam.
Like others, I wish I would have read the reviews. The items I received are absolutely nothing like what was advertised. They are cheaply made, have a boxy shape and no embroidery anywhere. Designs are blurry prints. I have been trying to return the items from the very day I received them. I am being strung along. Definitely this has been a “bait and switch” scam. Save your money. If I could have given less than one star, I would have.
I'm am trying to get information on how to return my items and receive a refund. They have been very slow in responding and there is no phone number on the website for me to call. In the Website it says to return the items, but I'm afraid if I do that, I'll never see my refund, I'll loose my leverage. I will never do business with this company again. Their product is not what it looks like on the pictures. Very disappointed for sure.
